A really good ice cream even for Italian Standards (Bologna has its own ice-cream university)! I must admit the guys are brave to propose such innovative and delicious tastes Furthermore a big big hurrah for keeping the ice-cream covered in closed steel containers: this is the best way to keep the ice-cream soft and preserve the best flavour! Wonderful 👍 Highly recommend

This place was incredible! The ice cream was phenomenal, but the experience with the staff and atmosphere was something I’ve never experienced before. They had people who’s whole job is to just visit with you, give you samples, and play little games with the kids. You could try unlimited flavors. They made us feel like family. Will always make a point to go back in the future!

Solas Tapas & Wine Bar

20/03/2024: We were so blessed to experience this restaurant. We knew it was pricey, and a local couple confirmed the value! We never mind paying for a fine experience when they live up to it. Solas far exceeded our expectations with their food, service and the atmosphere. I’m not a great food photographer, but here you have it! I had the mackerel tartlets, and skitaki croquettes. My husband had the lamb kebabs, that he still dreams about and a tortilla with mushrooms. Scallops are my all time love and often go to choice. So I thought I had room for more and ordered them. We had a break in the action because we all got up for the Saint Patrick’s Day parade. Which came right past us. By time the scallops arrived, I was full. BUT THEY WERE INCREDIBLE! It was my dessert! Which we would have ordered. My husband was full as well. I would recommend 2 dishes each. And of course dessert! If we have time we’ll be back for sure!
13/03/2024: A Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant that deserving of that title 100%. Each dish especially oyster and scallop ceviche was so fresh and beautifully executed. Each plate presented itself with burst of flavor and uniqueness. Highly recommend to get onboard the palate adventure here at Solas.
