Such a cool vibe, and amazing food! We sat downstairs (I.e, not the gold bar), which I can very much recommend doing!

Good food, modern Chinese food. Had the tasting menu: the starter with eggplant was the best and for the main - the Pork with chasu sauce was the best.

Hang Dai delivered exactly what you want from a first night out in Dublin — a high-energy vibe paired with elevated, flavour-forward dishes. The space is moody and vibrant with a DJ setting the tone, making it feel more like an experience than just dinner. We started with the chicken siu mai dumplings — juicy, well-seasoned, and a great way to kick things off. The striploin with pak choi and marrow sauce was a standout: rich, tender, and beautifully balanced. The wagyu short rib rice noodle salad brought a fresh contrast, with deep flavour and that melt-in-your-mouth texture. The Sichuan kung pao chicken had the perfect hit of heat and boldness, while the tom yum prawn with lemongrass was bright, aromatic, and layered with flavour. Service was attentive and seamless throughout, rounding out a great overall experience. Charming Noodles

17/05/2026: Very good food. Excellent value for money.
11/05/2026: We had lunch at Lee‘s charming noodles. I can‘t recommend this place more it was absolutely delicious. We had hand pulled noodles round and flat ones with vegetables and stir fried tofu. Might come back to dublin only for this noodles :)
