Hang Dai in Dublin

I didn’t book and arrived at 6pm on a Friday asking for a table for two. The staff offered me a table at the bar. I insisted on a proper table because, 10 minutes before arriving, I had checked the online booking system and booking for a table was available. I just decided to rush to the restaurant instead of wasting time filling in booking details, which is why I went there directly. However, the lady said it wasn’t an option. Well, the entire time we were there, two tables for two at the back remained empty 🤡 The food was good, and the waiters were attentive, but for me, eating comfortably is an important part of the experience. Sitting at the bar while watching two empty tables the entire time wasn’t the experience I was hoping for, and it definitely put me off coming back.

Amazing experience at Hang Dai! The interior is very cool. My group was served by Andy and Jason, service could not have been any better. The tasting menu was delectable! The food was extremely tasty with amazing spices and sauces. I would love to come back and try more of their creative cocktails!!

Second time coming and again 10/10. This time was for a big group booking for my friends birthday. The tasting menu group option is really tasty and the variety is great for all needs. Mainly reviewing for the server Jason. His attitude is spot on with an incredible professional yet fun and not over the time service. Some of the best ive seen. Cheers

Our experience at Hang Dai was far better than expected. We tried the set menu, which included starters, a main course, and dessert. It was one of the recommendations we received, and everything tasted amazing. The dishes were full of flavor, and the level of spiciness was incredible. Special mention goes to the dumplings and prawns, which were outstanding. Huge thanks to Gustavo and Amy for their amazing service and hospitality! ❤️✨

Chinese name, Brazilian music and menu has food from a couple of different countries. Not an issue, just a different expectation from “Chinese”. Service was good, atmosphere nice and the food a bit overpriced but good.

Sat at the golden bar on Saturday night and the two guys up there made our night! Great service and amazing food. For a very busy Saturday night the staff in there great, can’t wait to return.

Such a cool vibe, and amazing food! We sat downstairs (I.e, not the gold bar), which I can very much recommend doing!

Great late night meal, electric feel! Very 2000s, would recommend in a heartbeat. The best meal we had in dublin. Great for groups and couples alike
