23/04/2024: Lovely family run cafe with morrocan theme. The atmosphere is very friendly, it is a regular of mine. I order one of two things, they have them saved as Michaels salad or Michaels morrocan egg veggie mkila dish very tasty.

28/05/2024: Love the food. Great butter chicken. Tasty Thai Curry. Have tried some other dishes too and was always pleased. So I highly recommend the food. Service very good too. We only ate in twice though because he decor is too bland for our taste. Dark brown, beige, lacks colour and cosiness, so we get take away which is delicious.

29/05/2024: Pub with an incredible atmosphere, subdued atmosphere, you could believe you were in an antique store, there are so many trinkets and collections of lots of objects!! Service nevertheless impeccable, the boss takes care of his equipment because he was polishing his magnificent beer pumps!!! We had a great time Good address

14/05/2024: Haven't been here in many years but returned last Saturday. This pub and it's staff are a hidden gem in Longford. A million little knick-knacks and artifacts on the walls and ceiling to investigate. More cavernous than I remember, a huge pub, staff are efficient and friendly, Eddie, the guv'nor is a gentleman. Probably the friendliest doorman I've ever met too! A great split of young and old customers with more traditional music in the front bar and DJ in the beer garden. Comfortably busy. The best pub in Longford. Will be returning.

09/06/2024: Superb early lunch at this cosy pizzeria. The GF pizza is the best I’ve had anywhere and the pizza menu was creative and delicious. Salads were generous and well balanced and the burger out of this world. Service very warm and personal, as well as efficient and timely. Excellent value. Couldn’t recommend it higher

28/05/2024: The Atmosphere is lovely, the people are welcoming and attentive, Service food in no time. Ordered a couple of Pizzas, Burger, a side and pints. The food was absolutely delicious. Surely visiting again. The ladies who took order, served us and attended while paying were very polite and welcoming. Update: Loved the Jolly IPA and food/service is top notch.

03/06/2024: We cycled the royal canal from Clondara(Clondra as per the locals) to Keenagh and found Macks shack. The staff were very friendly, the food was really nice , the place was very clean and it was very reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again.

30/05/2024: Great place to eat, very popular, food great, staff are very friendly and accommodating, very clean and a great atmosphere would highly recommend even to people just passing through, stop and have a cuppa and a slice of cake for the craic.

23/06/2024: Our recent dining experience at Take 2 restaurant was disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being full and having an adequate number of staff, we were not served well. The waitress did not take our order correctly and our table was not attended to properly. We felt ignored throughout our meal, which made for a very unpleasant experience. The food was okay, but the service left much to be desired. However, I must say that the dessert was good. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking, which further added to our dissatisfaction. based on this visit, we will not be returning
