12/05/2025: cheap food which is good and lovely food and staff and lovely dinners

08/04/2025: Went in there today at lunchtime for a take away wrap....I specificially ordered a brown wrap, mixed leaves, roast veg and breaded chicken goujons...(I saw person I ordered from writing this down).(requested only the goujons heated not the wrap)....First off for this...1 wrap, nothing else....I was charged €7.50....My order was called out which I checked was my order, I collected it and left for work....on opening my 'wrap' what greeted me was a very measly looking wrap which was heated and contained diced chicken breast (not breaded chicken which I ordered), a miniscule bit of roast courgette and scattering of onion, no mixed leaves....First of all this is an absolute rip off for a take away wrap (this is a fair price if its eating in and maybe a wide salad or whatever), secondly I clearly was only half listened to when ordering and lastly what I did get in my wrap was very unappetising and salty.....If you are providing food to go can I strongly suggest that you review your prices and also that your staff listen more attentively when ordering....on a more positive note the Coffee and desserts here are really good....

04/05/2025: Today's barista lady it is such an arrogant person (4/05/25) ! I loved this place for the coffee until now... If someone isn't in her best form then just don't go to work!!!

19/03/2025: Visited on recommendation from staff at Centre Parcs. The best pot of tea and delicious HUGE slice of carrot cake, homemade brown bread toasted with butter and jam. They also stock some really nice foods and gifts. Well worth visiting

16/01/2025: My favorite Chinese in the world 🌍 I’ve been to Chinese restaurants all over the world, this is the best Chinese food outside of London Chinatown! Food is excellent, some of the staff have worked here at least 20 years. Always lovely when I’ve been in. I have been visiting this restaurant since I was a child, it was the first place I had Chinese food in with my parents in the 80’s and nothing has changed regarding the food or recipes! Try the satay beef!!!
