11/08/2026: I came in Apache and ordered a wrap, the first wrap I ordered from the young worker was excellent and I ordered a second which another man made, the wrap was dissapointing and looked disgusting.

07/08/2026: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I’ve given Apache Longford more chances than I can count over the years because my younger brother likes the sides, but this was the final straw. I had no food at home, so I ordered for the family through the app. I requested extra sauce on my pizza because I’ve had pizzas from here before that were so dry they were more like flatbread. I’ve had Apache from Ballymahon and the quality has always been noticeably better, so I thought I’d give Longford one last chance. To make sure my request wasn’t missed, I called the store. The first time, someone answered but nobody spoke while I could hear people talking in the background. Eventually someone came on the phone, but despite speaking clearly, I was told they couldn’t hear me. They said they’d hang up and call me back. A minute or two later they called back, and as soon as I answered, the call was disconnected. I rang again myself. After another round of confusing questions, I was asked what my order was. I explained it, only to be told they couldn’t find it and asked when I’d placed it. By this point they’d probably already started making the food, and I found myself repeating the same information over and over. Eventually they found the order, I explained for a third time that I just wanted extra sauce, and I was told the message would be passed on. The food arrived, and after all that, there was barely any extra sauce on the pizza. It looked like maybe a teaspoon had been added. The frustrating part wasn’t even the pizza, it was that I’d gone through all of that just to make one simple request, only for it to be ignored. I called again. I explained that I was the person who had rung about 15 minutes earlier regarding the extra sauce. The first thing I was asked was, “Would you like to order?” I explained that no, this was about the order I’d just received. Then I was asked if the food was cold. Again, no. I explained the entire situation from the beginning, only to be asked the same questions again. I genuinely felt like I wasn’t being listened to. Eventually I was told, “Yeah, you ordered the double sauce,” and it was insisted that it had been done, while I was literally looking at the pizza in front of me that clearly didn’t reflect that. At that point I realised the conversation wasn’t going anywhere, thanked them, and the call ended. This review isn’t because of one pizza. It’s because of years of poor experiences. I’ve tried giving this place chance after chance, spacing out my visits in the hope things would improve, but they never have. The food quality has declined, the customer service is consistently poor, and the attitude from most of the staff has been disappointing. The only exception has been one lovely lady who has always been polite and helpful. I’ve even witnessed friends having similar experiences. One friend ordered delivery through Just Eat, paid in full through the app, and when the driver arrived they were told the delivery price had increased and refused to hand over the food unless they paid the extra amount at the door. Experiences like these are why I’ve finally decided to leave this review. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, and I’ve genuinely tried to support this place over the years. But after at least five separate bad experiences, enough is enough. I won’t be back, and unfortunately I can’t recommend Apache Longford to anyone.

22/05/2026: Kebab was lovely, got a bacon ,cheese garlic chips, what ever it was in the mix was not bacon . It was not good, chips, cheese and sauce was lovely but that imitation bacon let it down badly. Lads were sound tho.
