23/09/2025: Amazing atmosphere and staff, but the portion sizes were tiny, they wouldnt even fill a fly, and for the price i think there should be more food.

03/12/2025: Was one of my favorite local places. But was ruinned by giving me the stale leftovers as a take away. Still paid 25e for x2 burritos. Beans where stale or just uncooked like pebbles. See video. Chicken was cold and tasteless. Honestly had good experiences before here but seems they are too busy and popular to care They dont seem to care. Gone downhill.

17/11/2025: A fairly disappointing experience. The food and margaritas were below average. There were flies *literally* all around our table. And there was a hair in one of the dishes, which happens to the best of them, but upon suggesting that we were only sharing this feedback so that the staff would inform the kitchen, they just seemed totally unbothered. So - I wouldn't bother.

19/10/2025: Great Service and price. Vegetarian, vegan and glutenfree friendly. Would recommend if you are looking for an affordable lunch or breakfast menu.

04/10/2025: Great place for some good light lunch bites, friendly staff, fairly cheap, buzzing atmosphere, food was delicious and quite varied in the range of menu items. I'd definitely recommend a trip in here if you fancy a coffee and a chat or a light bite. I'll be returning.

09/11/2025: Honestly this was pretty good for Mexican food in Europe. It could definitely use a little more spice, though. It was a little bland.

16/11/2025: Couldn't hear a thing, music was so loud it was essentially like being in a nightclub. Had the sharing steak and were offered free chips to eat while we waited. At the end of the night they tried to charge us €24 for these and the waiter fought with us and denied that he offered them complementary. Mediocre food, horrible staff and atmosphere.

16/11/2025: Beware of overcharging! We were two couples on a night out. Food and drinks were good. Atmosphere is lively and loud but, we liked it. However, when presented the bill, it included a 12.5% service charge. But, below the total were tip suggestions ranging from 15 to 22%, on top of the cost of the food AND the service charge! This was a clear attempt to cheat the unwary or inebriated who are fooled by being asked to tip on top of the service charge. This is cynical and gouging behaviour. Customer beware!

25/10/2025: Old tiny place in the outdated building. Tap water from toilet. It is better to waste money on casino than visit this place.

01/11/2025: Great little spot in Sligo, place is always spotless, staff are really helpful and friendly. Service is fast and food is fresh and plentiful. The tunes are bang on too! Hope these guys are appreciated for how hard they work, they seem like a great little team.

27/10/2025: Love the food, its my go-to place in Sligo. Service can be improved. Ordered two items got one first and then 7 mins later another. But otherwise food quality wise its nice.

19/11/2025: One of the best in Dublin. Lovely place to spend a few hours. Beautiful building with glass roof. Very clean and plenty decorations up to give a very xmas vibe.

22/11/2025: Avoid vegetarian tin can nachos (or whatever they're called) e16 for essentially a bag of nachos, and a small bit of queso, guac and overcooked peppers. Burrito would have been tastier and cheeper.

13/11/2025: Really disappointed - went to order at the Dawson street shop at around 8pm and they didn't have any other options left other than chicken so ended up with thee sonny san diego. Was just chicken and rice with a bit of cheese. They left out the beans and salsa. Underwhelming

27/11/2025: I am really disappointed with our most recent visit. This used to be one of our favourite places to catch up, but the experience this time was poor from start to finish. Even though we had a reservation and arrived early, we still waited about past our booking time to be seated. Partway through our meal we were asked to move our table backwards so a band could set up behind us, even though they did not start playing until right before we left. The music in the restaurant was already very loud, and the setup happening directly behind us made it extremely difficult to have a normal conversation. Service was slow all evening. There were long delays between dishes, and it was difficult to get anyone’s attention even to order drinks. My mixed meat fajitas cost 24 euro and were disappointing. The chicken portion was very disappointing size wise, and the steak was undercooked. I was not asked how I wanted it cooked, and the staff seemed far too busy to address it. What made this even more frustrating is that I emailed the restaurant privately on the 21st to share this feedback and never received a reply. After several great visits in the past, this experience and the complete lack of acknowledgement makes me very hesitant to return

24/11/2025: Disappointing experience. I made a table reservation, yet we still had to wait at the bar for a while before they seated us. Looking at other reviews it seems to be standard practice there to make guests wait. When I arrived, there was no one I could speak to about the reservation—waitresses just walked past me while looking at me, and I had no idea how things were supposed to work. Are you supposed to wait to be seated or choose a table yourself? I had also emailed them beforehand with a question and never received a reply. That day, they were missing a lot of ingredients. They were promoting drinks for 12 euros, but when you try to order them, they say they don’t have the ingredients. In that case, they should just remove the posters from the tables and the bar. I ended up ordering my fourth-choice drink because of lack of ingredients. When we were eating, we asked for extra sauce because the meat was dry. We chose the verde sauce, which the waitress recommended, but she later came back to say they were out of that as well. Do not order the beef—it was not good. I had to chew it endlessly just to swallow it, and in the end, I had to spit some of it out. Overall, the service is not very friendly. There is a strange attitude; they don’t seem very communicative, they look at you with no reaction whatsoever, no smile. But they asked several times if I was finished with my food while passing by, even though i did not look for eye contact at that time, they seem with no consideration. Give people some time—if I’m ready, I’ll move my plate away myself.

13/11/2025: Greet wee Mexican takeaway and cafe in Letterkenny. Nice art work and decorating. Parking is not that easy unless you know the town. It's a highlight of a generally insignificant town.
