22/03/2026: We googled where to go for a meal, this place popped up. Drove 20 mins out of our way, because they advertised "Food served every day". There's even a full menu in the front, listing meals and prices! Walked in only to be informed by a very unimpressed staff member that the food is not being served. At all. Very poor way of doing business.

19/12/2025: I order boojum wayyy more than I should and it’s honestly my favourite but I’m literally begging you guys to stop watering down the sour cream😢 Back in the og boojum days you got the spoonfuls of sour cream, now it’s super watery:( I always ask for both regular and vegan sour cream to make up for it but today the vegan sour cream came out of the bottle like water, and there was a little pool of water in my bowl :( please guys I beg you to just say your all out❤️

14/04/2026: Appallingly sloppy. Ordered Dos Capos (tacos) and a burrito to collect. The tacos salad must have been flung into the bottom of the bag as an afterthought by a member of staff (see photo). Beggars belief as to why anyone would do such a thing. I can’t imagine that this is what this outlets management deem to be acceptable customer service. And yet, after leaving a voicemail message on the night to the store, and an email to the store manager, they’ve still not responded to insist otherwise (correction - the manager has responded finally, see PS below). PS (14/04/26) The stores manager Liz, today emailed to convey her apologies for the poor service that I received. I am hopeful that this unfortunate occurrence was an isolated incident.

27/03/2026: Fella with the beard took 35 minutes to make 1 breakfast burrito said sorry were busy but when I entered I was one of two in the place

14/03/2026: Ordered there twice in last few months both times burritos where cold.. tried messaging on Instagram to give them a chance to make things right. The communication was dragged out to eventually being ignored would not recommend the place.... Also they charger extras on the most ridiculous things soon being charged fpr salt

06/03/2026: not good at all , the food looks nothing like the picture the tacos weren’t even tacos they were soft bread with the smallest filling and the plainest filling ever the nachos has big pieces of chicken in it and the paper at the bottom of it kept going on my food , i order it for delivery took ages and food was cold will not be buying again over priced and not as shown on pictures and not as described disappointed
