16/12/2025: Used to eat here every week when I was renting around the area, and Boojum on Mespil Road never let me down. Proper handy spot for a quick, filling feed. Burritos and bowls are always fresh, packed well, and full of flavour...Great value for the money. Service is usually quick even when it’s busy, and the place has a good buzz without feeling rushed. It’s one of those spots you can rely on, whether it’s lunch or a casual dinner.

20/09/2025: I saw a Groupon voucher being sold for Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant, but when I tried to find the place, it seems the restaurant is no longer operating. This feels very misleading — offering deals for a business that doesn’t exist anymore is not just disappointing, it’s dishonest. People who bought vouchers are being misled, and that’s a horrible way to treat customers.

16/08/2025: The worst FAKE mexican restaurant that you can find in Dublin. They ARE NOT MEXICANS, and they DONT KNOW AT ALL HOW TO COOK MEXICAN FOOD. The local was totally dirty… the staff were unhygienic. They served the food like third world conditions. I was not even able to finish my meal… HORRIBLE. Tables were sticky… I wont come back here.

23/12/2025: Probably the best burrito I've had in Ireland. Tasty and fresh ingredients, quick service. Good location not hard to find parking nearby. Will definitely be back.

14/11/2025: Absolutely horrendous delivery service. 2nd time ordering for delivery now and well over 1 hour waiting each time, shocking. Not sure they’re able to run a business.

18/12/2025: Today I went out for lunch with my friend and we were served by Alba! She was incredibly lovely and attentive with us, and I’ll definitely be coming back!! Everything is really delicious and at a great price!!

23/11/2025: Zero stars! Ordered two polo bowels and they were uneaten due to excessive hot spices even though mild was requested. It was like they dumped a jar of cayon pepper in the bowel. It was that bad It went into the bin.

19/11/2025: It was my first time visiting the place, so I needed some help to understand how everything worked. I really liked the atmosphere and the staff, especially Evelin, who was very patient in helping me choose and put together my meal. I highly recommend visiting and getting to know the place.

06/01/2026: I went for the Chicken burrito (mild salsa) and had a really bad episode of reflux and gastritis after eating the chicken burrito. Unfortunately, it had a lot of cumin, which upset my stomach, I couldn't finish the food and needed to see the GP. This is the first time I’ve had an issue when ordering from Burrito box. Overall, the food is great, but please go lighter on the cumin! The strong cumin made it taste more like indian food than a burrito should.

02/01/2026: Best burrito I’ve ever eaten! Fresh produce, lots of flavour and a beautiful outdoor setting filled with lights and colour to enjoy your meal. Can’t recommend a better place for a good feed and a lively atmosphere.

11/01/2026: I needed a quick lunch between calls, and popped into the Abbey Street Boojum. I went for the vegan pork, beans, spicy rice, sweet corn and guacamole, with three different salsas, and had a well stacked tub to munch into. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and I especially want to highlight this. (Tuesday team, thanks!). For 12 Euro, you can't go wrong.

08/01/2026: Very frustrating experience in boojum on abbey street today. I order my burrito and everything was going fine. I got to the register and wanted to pay with cash only to be refused. I questioned the girl and asked why she wouldn’t take legal tender. She responded by saying she was sorry and that they only take card payments.I didn’t have any card to pay with. I was shocked to say the least. Really annoying and waste of my time. I should have been notified or there should have been big signs to state they only take card payments. However I believe everywhere should take cash.

21/12/2025: I was with a group of people and not 1 person had a good thing to say about the food. The burger meat was gone off you can smell and taste it, the chicken burger was over cooked and dry, the chicken tenders were moist and slimy in the middle and the garlic bread was severely burnt, the lettuce tasted fone off I had to spit it out and the waiters havent came over to take the plates 2 pints later. The best part of this meal was when it was over I wouldn’t recommend coming here to my worst enemy. €18 for a burger I couldn’t even eat not even the side salad. I am absolutely disgusted with the food.

05/11/2025: Ordered at 9pm last night, at 10pm it was finally on the way. The driver didn't move for about 10 minutes so I sent a message on Uber. He then called me to say he's stuck with two orders. The restaurant was closing and had cleaned up and said they aren't making the orders. Told the driver to mark them as collected. He was then stuck with the orders on his app and couldn't do more orders (driver is top rated). Shameful that the restaurant didn't even call themselves. Not my first incident here over customer service ridiculous carry on. Back to Changaro for the customer service. Update: As much as I'd hate to drag a family business, the way you treat customers here is disgusting. I posted this a month ago, got a reply fairly quick but can now see they've edited their response one day ago. Horrible to be blaming Uber and the drivers when they're the only ones who made contact, you were probably home and all by then. The food was not late, it was refused to be made. Driver was in an awful panic. Hilarious reading all the reviews, but what's even funnier is the we checked CCTV response.. had an issue like this before, claimed staff aka family "didn't do it" and insisted I was lying about an order being wrong. Told them not to bother checking but they called back to say the camera showed driver taking wrong order which was a lie since rest of order was perfect. (Dietary requirements meant the wrong one couldn't be eaten). But I think the most APPALLING part is the absolute audacity and rudeness of the owner replies. Might be " in the business years " as they say, but clearly have learnt zero customer service... Won't be wasting more time on this review or this place🤑
