Hillbilly's Family Restaurants in Dublin

Been going to Hillbillys for years and this is definitely one of my favourites. The food is always fresh, tasty and properly made, and the place is spotless,tables, toilets, everything.Betty is always great. She’s friendly, has a lovely smile and actually takes the time to recommend something new from the menu. She always brings the food to the table as well, which is a nice touch. The coffee milkshake she recommended was absolutely lovely.I’m a big fan of the taco fries, gravy, goujons and bacon double cheese. Hard to beat when they’re done right! I used to go to the Fairview branch quite a bit, but to be honest the quality there has gone downhill lately. The toilet and lobby were very dirty, and the staff weren’t exactly friendly or interested in customer service.

Best chicken tenders I have ever tried in my life. Also the taco fries are excellent. Amazing service and friendly staff.

Me and my friends go here a lot, we love the food and the staff is always friendly, very fast serivice.

The burgers, gravy and chicken are very good but chips are usually below average
