I used to go a lot more to this place. I find the staff very unfriendly, the burritos are generally soggy and the tables unclean. The poor service is across the board, the staff don't seem to enjoy their time there and the burrito is average at best. The quality has slid over the years sadly.

Got a Too Good To Go order on 20/03. Even though it was 9:45pm at night the ingredients were lovely and fresh and I had a great portion and variety. To the girls working there that night, you made my absolute day!

18/05/2026: Went there for lunch and was delighted! The man Josh is the absolute legend! He is very professional, quick and accurate, that was the best burrito of my life. His service was amazing, my cheeks were sore after laughing all through the process, I have never met such a positive and responsible person, top quality!
11/05/2026: One of the freshest burritos you'll get in dublin. The black rice is unreal, lovely quality meats, well seasoned, fresh veg, and they sell blanch nino tortilla crisps too. Which are unreal for scooping up a burrito bowl

31/07/2026: I was here last night and the staff member called saorise was very nice. I had questions about the menu and she was happy to explain and let me take my time. My girlfriend and I were very happy with the service, thank you saorise
16/07/2026: First time at Boojum, but definitely not the last. The service was super friendly, I got help choosing (I asked because I didn't know what to do), the employee even filled my water bottle (free of charge) and the food itself (vegan portion) was delicious. The portion was so big that I could eat it all day πŸ˜„ The icing on the cake was the employee who was cleaning the floor, handed me some coins and asked if I had dropped them. I had, and I was really happy that they noticed! When you travel for almost a year, you have to be careful with your budget πŸ˜…
