The hotel's location, 10-15 minutes from Trinity College, the docks, and Pearse Station, is ideal. The entire staff, from reception to restaurant, housekeeping, and night staff, was impeccable. 👌🏻 The rooms are very well heated, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is functional. The restaurant is very good. When I return to Dublin, I will definitely book this hotel again.

13/10/2024: The workers are really nice and sweet, I received great customer service. As for the pizza I would say its mid.

14/09/2024: I ordered a pizza online yesterday through the website. I set the pick-up time as 8pm and when I got to the pizzeria the pizza hadn't been made yet. They made it right away, my friend waited about 25 minutes and when I picked up the pizza it was wrong. I ordered PEPPERONI Love Passion with added bacon and parmesan cheese, the pizza came with just the bacon and regular cheese. In addition to the delay, I also paid extra for the wrong pizza.
