The best restaurants in Limerick

14/08/2024: Very nicely presented bar clean and freshly furnished. Food was beautifully cooked the nicest pizza iv had in a while, very kind helpful staff.

06/08/2024: Very chill pub with great pizza! Some classic ones but also some interesting flavors/toppings. Good size pizzas and thin but soft and chewy crust. Both dipping sauces (mayo with garlic and sriracha mayo) were excellent with the pizza! I got the chorizo (with mozzarella, mushroom, and onion jam) and it was great!!

The distinguished decor, the exceptional service as attentive as it is efficient, the quality of the dishes and the freshness of the food, the refined and elegant yet dynamic atmosphere, contribute to a truly sublime experience. Having taken the time to read the less good reviews, perhaps the people who wrote them should have traveled more and had a better budget to be more objective in their evaluation of this place.

27/08/2024: I wanted to have seafood and Cornstore seemed to be a good choice based on reviews. The portions were small so I had calamari, mussels and oysters. They were nicely done. My husband had the surf & turf but commented that it was too much turf, very little surf. We had desserts, too but I made the wrong choice by ordering the three chocolate cookie. It was too sweet for my taste. I am not a cookie person. Perhaps that's why I found it to be too sweet.

08/09/2024: Great pub with an even better atmosphere. It was very busy on a Saturday night but was able to find a table and get some food. The stew was excellent. Would highly recommend this place

14/09/2024: I've visited Mejana multiple time, in all its locations. I hope it never leaves Limerick! Iws there recently and had the special, 4 starters for 27e and a glass of wine. Service and food is 10/10 really cannot fault the place, food is amazing, the people working there are amazing and it really is value for money and doesnt compromise on ingredients. Love the place since it opened on Thomas Street!

23/09/2024: 5 isn’t high enough,we were here 5years ago and had a fantastic night so we had the chance to return and it again was a brilliant night,the beer again was a good price and even though packed didn’t wait to get served,we didn’t have any food but what plates we did see were of a high standard and most plates were finished,A great bit of entertainment from two men and a lady doing Irish dancing made the night special,hope to be able to return again

11/09/2024: Dolan's is magic. Everywhere you look there's a bar. Fabulous beer garden with a glass roof. No delay in getting served. Friendly staff from the doormen to the bar staff. 5 star all the way.

28/08/2024: Loved this coffee shop. We’ve been struggling to find good coffee across scotland and ireland, and this hit the spot. The food/pastries were amazing, and exceptionally fast and friendly service. Definitely worth going out of your way for :)

13/08/2024: Very nice pastries and menu, everything is fresh!!! The coffee is very good as well!!! The staff friendly all of them! Rodrigo is the best barista with Karol ! Best cafeteria in limerick, you must need to go early though!

14/09/2024: We ordered Chili pasta and a chicken sandwich with pesto, the food was still fresh, but not very tasty. The sandwiches were edible, but the chicken on the sandwich was boiled, not grilled as indicated in the menu and the pasta was tasteless and there was no chili pepper, just boiled pasta. We did not like the food.. The service is good, the waiters are very nice and attentive, the cafe is clean

23/09/2024: This is the first time I go to such a nice restaurant. The food is amazing and their treatment is tidy and good ⭐️

09/09/2024: Unfortunately I forgot to take photos of the food. It looked too good and we gobbled it all. There is a lot to like about this restaurant. It is just a mix of different chicken or meat dishes but everything that they do they do very well. Plus the cater for gluten-free which is always an added benefit. As a starter we ordered a big plate of chicken wings with barbecue sauce and a plate of ribs. This was more than enough for a family of four. The blue cheese dipping sauce with the Wings was really good. For the main course I got their bacon cheeseburger with the side of chicken gravy which I dipped the burger in as I ate it to create a very decadent experience. My kids both had the chicken fajitas and a side of mac and cheese which they thoroughly enjoyed. The mac and cheese side dish was big enough to be an entree on its own. Would definitely love to come here again.

10/08/2024: One of my favorite places in Limerick! I’m a huge fan of their chai latte, but this time I ordered a latte because I believe happiness lies in simplicity. I paired it with a brownie—something I don’t usually choose, but the person who served me kindly recommended it after noticing my indecision while eyeing other options. I ended up enjoying my stay along with a good read. I recommend this place 100%—very cozy atmosphere and attentive staff.

03/08/2024: There were many options for drinks, and very good prices. My friend and I were in there by ourselves for at least half an hour and had a wonderful conversation with the bartender. I would certainly come back if I'm in Limerick again.

09/09/2024: Cute little restaurant with a simple menu (completely sufficient), there is no pizza. Food was very tasty. Great friendly service. Unassuming and not very appealing from the outside, but that changes once you're inside. Highly recommended!

03/09/2024: You have to look to find this little gem. From outside, I was a little nervous about having dinner there, but I am glad we did. The staff was polite and attentive. The meal was fabulous. The portion size was excellent. The prices were reasonable. Had a great dinner, that to all who work there.
