The best restaurantsof pizza & pasta in Limerick

04/09/2026: What a shame. This place used to be so well run but unfortunately my recent experience was very disappointing. The price they charge for children, regardless of whether they actually eat or not feels completely unreasonable. The customer service was also extremely poor. The older gentleman working behind the counter really needs some customer service training or perhaps should take the day off if he’s not in the mood to deal with customers. His attitude came across as rude and highly unprofessional. Having looked through previous reviews, I can see that I’m certainly not the only person who has had a negative experience with him. I really think the owner needs to take these reviews seriously and address the issue. The food itself was mediocre. The only real positive is that it’s currently the only buffet option in town, which is probably what keeps people coming back. Such a shame because this place has the potential to be much better.

23/08/2026: The man who was behind the till which could be the manager? God knows but he must be having one of his bad days like previous post had said also as he had a bad attitude. Very unprofessional and the owner should look into his behaviour towards paying customers!!

03/08/2026: Nice little takeaway with friendly staff.

10/07/2026: Don't bother placing an order as they'll take you're hard earned cash after stating payment has been declined and no confirmation email received, I have been charged twice for one order that doesn't even exist on their system..... Absolutely appalling franchise behavior.

23/09/2026: Terrible experience. Absolute theft of money. Avoid this place! I ordered food for €27 and waited for 2 hours under the rain, but the courier refused to get out of the car to deliver it and just drove away when I tried to approach. The order was never delivered, and neither the restaurant nor Just Eat will issue a refund. As a regular customer who orders here almost every week (usually spending around €50 per order), I am deeply shocked by this disrespect

15/09/2026: The food is like worst ever i eaten and manager is useless to be working there and they treat customers like trash and waiting time in very long it takes hours to get food they is no any que system dont waste money to by eating there

31/08/2026: Very hard to order from never answer phone. Moved and no sign to say so. In a very bad part of Town now.

14/08/2026: Cheese was very drippy and the staff was tuff 10/10

26/08/2026: 5 stars unreal place workers very kind and chatty gave extras too 😄

18/06/2026: Ordered 2 large chips, 2 cod, 1 fresh cod. The fresh cod was not fresh and off white colour didn't smell fresh! Didn't taste good @ all. Overall Not Good won't be making another purchase! Not our usual choice of chipper for my fresh Cod. Absolutely No comparison on taste size or Freshness!

05/08/2026: Foods great, prices fair. Always double check your order.

01/08/2026: I won't lie the pizza is nice but its a disaster trying to get food delivered. The driver will phone to tell you he on the way or outside and to come and collect it. If you miss the phone call he'll get aggressive (especially to women and children) instead of just knocking on the door like a normal delivery instead of being lazy.

02/07/2026: shite craic altogether how long ye take????? bad buzz don’t order if ye are hungry. If you don’t want food then deffo cause you’re not getting it!!! I hate him!!!!!!! This is the worst night of my life! Wa wa wa i’m crying so bad but i’m so hungry there’s no tears. never again…. im back i tried to eat the food, stay awayyyyyyyy it taste like cardboard. The rest of these reviews are lies don’t do it to yourself. the onion rings had the consistency of a chewing gum.

21/06/2026: — “The quality of the food was very poor, and I would not recommend it.”

17/10/2026: I believe I may have got food poisoning from the pizza I ate at your restaurant. I have had severe diarrhoea for the past three days, more than 20 times a day. Today, I noticed blood when wiping, and I am also experiencing abdominal cramps and a headache. I am very concerned that pizza I ate at your restaurant may have caused my illness. I would like you to take this complaint seriously and investigate the matter. I am seeking medical attention for my symptoms.

10/08/2026: this is the only review i’m making and ever going to make, hello pizza is the best pizza place in limerick, not even pizza the whole menu. perfect every time and the best community. getting hello pizza after a night out or just at home is the best takeaway you can get and the best prices and deals.
