Laguna Resturant & Takeway

20/05/2026: I have been coming to Laguna since I moved to Ealing. It is one of the best Indian restaurants in the area. The food is consistently good, the atmosphere and service are excellent.
On this occasion, the lady serving was very welcoming and also gave us some dessert to try at the end of the meal.

19/05/2026: We used Laguna as our caterer for our wedding just this May and the service was incredible. Our key contact at Laguna, Anand, was not only very kind and generous but was really knowledgeable helping us organise the day in terms of running order and went above and beyond - providing more than just a catering service. Even on the day of the wedding they were willing to help with everything and anything, whilst being a very knowledgeable guide throughout our wedding journey.
In terms of the food, what can I say but the menu was delicious, with Anand again being very helpful in designing our menu - organising our tastings and providing helpful suggestions. These went down a treat with our guests, several of which said it was the best food they ever had a wedding. From canapé's such as coctail dhosa’s to methi chicken curry and veg manchurian or chilli gobi - every item was a hit!
We couldn’t recommend them highly enough for any event that needs catering or their bar service with really delicious cocktails and mocktails, again another hit. Their waiters were also really professional and under the instructions of Anand made sure to make sure bring us lunch during our wedding, having been busy on the day!!
Thank you again Anand, for being such a calming and reassuring presence during our wedding journey whilst providing the most delicious food! We can’t wait to come down to the restaurant again for another "tasting"

02/07/2026: shite craic altogether how long ye take????? bad buzz don’t order if ye are hungry. If you don’t want food then deffo cause you’re not getting it!!! I hate him!!!!!!! This is the worst night of my life! Wa wa wa i’m crying so bad but i’m so hungry there’s no tears. never again…. im back i tried to eat the food, stay awayyyyyyyy it taste like cardboard. The rest of these reviews are lies don’t do it to yourself. the onion rings had the consistency of a chewing gum.

10/07/2026: Don't bother placing an order as they'll take you're hard earned cash after stating payment has been declined and no confirmation email received, I have been charged twice for one order that doesn't even exist on their system..... Absolutely appalling franchise behavior.
08/07/2026: Ordered two pizza's last night to say they were disgusting was an understatement burnt tasteless 1 of them looked like it had fallen on the ground as Gordan Ramsey would say they were rancid.Would give zero stars if possible

27/05/2026: The food is excellent, particularly the pizza. However, I have a major issue with their billing practices regarding drinks.
They are charging customers the €0.15 deposit fee for cans and bottles, but they are using stock that does not feature the official Recycle/Refund logo. Because of this, the deposit money can't be reclaimed and goes straight into their own pockets.
Be vigilant, check your drinks, and call them out on this practice.

20/05/2026: Had a triple decker contained 2 medium pizzas , garlic bread, 2 chips and onion rings.....pizza, garlic bread and onion rings were just delicious, chips were lovely except a lot of them were very black, the girl that was on service was a delight to deal with, friendly, chatty and smiley, will definitely be back.

17/06/2026: I’m absolutely fuming! I ordered food for both myself and my partner from Top Pizza that’s based across from the Milk Market in Limerick City. The food was supposed to arrive at 9:30. It had gotten to 9:50 and no sign. I went to my front door and they had left my order of food on my porch. No calls. No knocking or the ringing the door bell and of course the food is stone cold!!
The two of us both rang them, to a man shouting at us, blaming and out right telling us it wasn’t their fault and could not help us and hung up on us.
We proceeded to go into the actual shop and they refused to give us a refund. €36 spent!!
The driver shrugged his shoulders and blamed us and said it wasn’t his fault. And also blamed by staff that I had the wrong contact information in my Just Eat. Explained I never change that information and funnily enough they had delivered to us the night before and were able to call my number no problem!
Left with no refund but hoping Just Eat will sort it, just putting this up to steer clear of them, and don’t support them!
Customer service has taken an all time low!
13/06/2026: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE USING CARD PAYMENT …… they took my money and never delivered the food and when I tried callin they were pure ignorant just sayin it’s on its way they lied it never came

Tasty bite fast food

24/03/2026: I am absolutely so annoyed with the service Tasty bites Askeaton . We ordered last week the same order and had no problem with the delivery but tonight I ordered the same and paid for delivery on the app and to say the service was bad is an understatement. The car driver attempted to coerce my 16 year old son into giving more than the agreed upon price (on the app) . As my son went to get the food the delivery driver asked him for a “delivery fee” . My son told him I had paid that on the app to which the driver didn’t agree and then let the bag of food drop in front of my son spilling its contents all over my sons clothes ,and the driver sped off without a word ,I have never experienced behaviour in the hospitality sector such as this, we not just have no dinner but he has completely upset my son from the behaviour he has received from this driver
27/02/2026: Overcharged as the say they “round up” charged €20 when it was €19.69 !!!!!!! That’s extra 30c overcharge they are SCAMMERS!!!!!! It’s illegal to overcharge with card transactions !!!!!!
