09/04/2026: Laguna were excellent caterers for our wedding at Morden Hall. Sunny was great in helping us craft a menu that our guests truly enjoyed - with generous servings! I can recommend working with them.
07/04/2026: Whilst we have long visited Laguna Restaurant for the occasional meal, this was the first time we had asked them to cater an event . It was not just any event- it was our wedding.
Really they went above and beyond what we expected. The food was generous in quality and quantity, and the service was exceptional. Our event was for 102 guests at a listed venue, with the usual restrictions you find at such venues . Laguna handled everything easily.
Nothing seemed to be a problem for Laguna- including the quirkiest of allergens (beetroot, bean sprouts etc) . They were always very proactive in making suggestions about our event - calling upon their multiyear experience with the venue .
Our special thanks to Sunny who took charge of our project from the first meeting in October to the event itself in March . When we had nerves he just said ‘don’t worry - we do 300 weddings a year, and yours will be special .’
And so it was!
P.s. the chilli gobi fry was universally acclaimed by every single guest

08/03/2026: Had booking for 5:30 today was in the queue for 15 minutes and 3 people passed the queue got checked in before everyone because the man at the counter was not paying any attention and the same happened again at check out, when I pointed out to the woman she got upset and started telling me that I was standing at the wrong spot.
08/03/2026: Food was a delicious buffet style. Cute kitty cat machines sang happy birthday! The create your own noodles was fantastic! Lovely atmosphere and kind staff❤️

10/02/2026: I orderd a large pizza, it was good however they did not add the hot honey and when I ordered a litter of fanta I only got the 330 ml. I checked my order again to make sure I ordered it right (which i did). Other than that it was tasty.
16/12/2025: Normally the food is nice but today has just shocked me this is what I was given 2/4 slices of the pizza has no crusted. I rang to complain and was told Oo there new staff. just cause there’s new staff doesn’t mean that the food quality should be diminished and handing out pizzas in an unacceptable state definitely won’t be gone back. Would not recommend eating from this place!!

02/08/2025: Got a vegetarian kebab. There were pieces of meat in it. I returned to the shop, the staff were rude and disinterested, denied that it was chicken. Wouldn't give refund. Cost 10 euro. Terrible customer service.
01/08/2025: Service was ok, friendly staff and quick enough with the order, but very disappointed with the food itself. The "fresh" cod meal was nowhere near good enough. The batter on the cod just wasnt nice at all and left an awful after taste. Removed the batter and just tried the cod, but it had absolutely no flavour so i do not believe it was fresh. Chips were a decen size portion but just didn't taste nice at all. €14 for a meal that i had to throw out about 75% of it into the bin. Very disappointed overall.

22/02/2026: Very bad service, ordered 2 pizzas, came back to collect it and only 1 had been made but I had repeated my order 3 times, then they said to wait and they’ll make the other one, I asked for pepperoni but then realized they’d added pepperoni to the chicken pizza I’d ordered so I told them I can’t have pork as that pizza is for my husband so I can’t have pork, the man at the counter shouted at me and said everything is halal, I will never go back there.

18/01/2026: I did an order on Top Pizza and Kebab. It went so badly in its shape, was trying to contact them, but workers do not care at all, didn’t get any compensation or refund.
They just responded “Sorry, maybe next time it will be good, we are busy now”

10/01/2026: ATTENTION CUSTOMERS ⛔️DO NOT ORDER FROM TOP PIZZA!! 🤮🤮🤮 ORDERED PIZZA MEAL THEY ONLY GAVE 1 DIP PAID FOR 2 DIPS THE FOOD WAS ICE COLD I CALLED THE SHOP BACK AND THEY GAVE NOTING BUT ABUSE WHEN I SAID IT TO THEM!!! CHIPS WERE LIKE THEY WERE REHEATED AND PIZZA WAS LIKE RUBBER 🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬🤬 NOT ONE BIT HAPPY WITH THIS SHOP THE MILKSHAKE WAS LIKE WATER !!! SHOP SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ID RECOMMEND NOBODY TOO ORDER FOOD FROM THIS SHOP DISCRASFUL!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Useless place to get food. Delivered to wrong address. Ignored phone calls. 09/04/2026: Extremely rude! My friend ordered a Oreo milkshake they said they didn’t have it and listed the ones they did have , minutes later a young women comes in and ordered exactly what my friend had ordered ( an Oreo milkshake) with no problem , I complained saying you told us you didn’t have what it is you need to make a Oreo milkshake - they twisted words and said no he ordered a plain milkshake - they took back the milkshake and added some chocolate sauce on top they didn’t even have the decency to give him a new milkshake - I attest to never go to this place they were extremely rude to me and all my friends!!!
On top of that they didn’t even gave a menu up on the screens like a normal established take away place never coming there again

And I quote “and later on you came in and asked to change that to Oreo.”
We never once left your store I stood there listening to that woman’s order and I got mad at you for lying to us we never once left and come back?? I told you guys to not falsely advertise something you said you didn’t have Oreo and then proceeded to take our milkshake back and add chocolate sauce which you say is Oreo which it was not why lie and why lie about your cctv to try and save a shit business? I actually hope you guys close down because of all the negative reviews I’ve seen so far
ALSO I got food poisoning from your kebab I hadn’t eaten much all day and this was my first full meal and got home that night and shit my guts up so did my boyfriend

02/10/2025: Ordered a pizza with my freind his was okay and mine was a disgrace I wouldn’t even feed it to the dog and they said somthing about sending out another if I heard correctly it’s not okay to pay minimum €20 worth of food and send out a lump of poo to a person
