09/09/2026: We had our wedding at the Hampton Court Palace Garden Room and want to thank Anand Chadha and his entire team at Laguna for providing such excellent catering services!
We had a cross-cultural Indian-British wedding and Laguna were able to provide the perfect fusion dishes for the occasion. All of the food was delicious, beautifully presented and honoured our fusion theme perfectly. The Cardamom Chai Creme Brûlée dessert was especially a highlight!
We were also very pleased with all of the drinks provided which included colourful mocktails, prosseco for toasts and an open bar for the after-party with an abundance of options. The His & Hers cocktails were particularly delicious!
Anand's excellent leadership saw to it that our event was planned and executed flawlessly. He was incredibly organised, communicative and had great attention to detail. From a beautiful table arrangement to presenting the wedding cake to canapés to a late-night live food stall, Anand and his team did a phenomenal job in every area of the event.
The service was also top-notch from start to finish. Each and every member of the catering team was professional, friendly and attentive. They were also very willing and helpful in assisting in areas that weren't to do with catering including helping me adjust my bridal makeup. The Laguna team also worked seamlessly with all of the other suppliers at the events, and it was clear that they had a great deal of experience in curating wedding catering.
Thank you to Anand and the Laguna team for making our wedding so beautiful and memorable!

04/09/2026: What a shame. This place used to be so well run but unfortunately my recent experience was very disappointing.
The price they charge for children, regardless of whether they actually eat or not feels completely unreasonable. The customer service was also extremely poor. The older gentleman working behind the counter really needs some customer service training or perhaps should take the day off if he’s not in the mood to deal with customers. His attitude came across as rude and highly unprofessional.
Having looked through previous reviews, I can see that I’m certainly not the only person who has had a negative experience with him. I really think the owner needs to take these reviews seriously and address the issue.
The food itself was mediocre. The only real positive is that it’s currently the only buffet option in town, which is probably what keeps people coming back.
Such a shame because this place has the potential to be much better.
23/08/2026: The man who was behind the till which could be the manager? God knows but he must be having one of his bad days like previous post had said also as he had a bad attitude. Very unprofessional and the owner should look into his behaviour towards paying customers!!

This is the worst night of my life! Wa wa wa i’m crying so bad but i’m so hungry there’s no tears. never again…. im back i tried to eat the food, stay awayyyyyyyy it taste like cardboard. The rest of these reviews are lies don’t do it to yourself. the onion rings had the consistency of a chewing gum.

I ordered food for €27 and waited for 2 hours under the rain, but the courier refused to get out of the car to deliver it and just drove away when I tried to approach. The order was never delivered, and neither the restaurant nor Just Eat will issue a refund. As a regular customer who orders here almost every week (usually spending around €50 per order), I am deeply shocked by this disrespect

18/06/2026: Ordered 2 large chips, 2 cod, 1 fresh cod. The fresh cod was not fresh and off white colour didn't smell fresh! Didn't taste good @ all. Overall Not Good won't be making another purchase! Not our usual choice of chipper for my fresh Cod. Absolutely No comparison on taste size or Freshness!

01/08/2026: I won't lie the pizza is nice but its a disaster trying to get food delivered. The driver will phone to tell you he on the way or outside and to come and collect it. If you miss the phone call he'll get aggressive (especially to women and children) instead of just knocking on the door like a normal delivery instead of being lazy.

17/06/2026: I’m absolutely fuming! I ordered food for both myself and my partner from Top Pizza that’s based across from the Milk Market in Limerick City. The food was supposed to arrive at 9:30. It had gotten to 9:50 and no sign. I went to my front door and they had left my order of food on my porch. No calls. No knocking or the ringing the door bell and of course the food is stone cold!!
The two of us both rang them, to a man shouting at us, blaming and out right telling us it wasn’t their fault and could not help us and hung up on us.
We proceeded to go into the actual shop and they refused to give us a refund. €36 spent!!
The driver shrugged his shoulders and blamed us and said it wasn’t his fault. And also blamed by staff that I had the wrong contact information in my Just Eat. Explained I never change that information and funnily enough they had delivered to us the night before and were able to call my number no problem!
Left with no refund but hoping Just Eat will sort it, just putting this up to steer clear of them, and don’t support them!
Customer service has taken an all time low!
13/06/2026: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE USING CARD PAYMENT …… they took my money and never delivered the food and when I tried callin they were pure ignorant just sayin it’s on its way they lied it never came

24/03/2026: I am absolutely so annoyed with the service Tasty bites Askeaton . We ordered last week the same order and had no problem with the delivery but tonight I ordered the same and paid for delivery on the app and to say the service was bad is an understatement. The car driver attempted to coerce my 16 year old son into giving more than the agreed upon price (on the app) . As my son went to get the food the delivery driver asked him for a “delivery fee” . My son told him I had paid that on the app to which the driver didn’t agree and then let the bag of food drop in front of my son spilling its contents all over my sons clothes ,and the driver sped off without a word ,I have never experienced behaviour in the hospitality sector such as this, we not just have no dinner but he has completely upset my son from the behaviour he has received from this driver
