26/12/2025: One of the better matcha around Limerick. The egg muffins are always my quick go to protein fix and they’re delish! I hope they start opening on the weekend.

18/12/2025: Every morning, I take my eldest into the city for gym. While he works out, I wander to a nearby café with my laptop for a pot of tea, a bit of writing, and some much-needed peace. (I love my big Irish family but there's a lot of them!) Yesterday, I found myself at @delishcafes in Raheen, tucked between Christmas party chatter and the scent of scones. I was perfectly content, so much so that I ordered a second pot of tea. When it came time to leave, I reached into my bag… no purse. I’d left it in my coat at home. I sheepishly approached the manager who was juggling a very festive, very busy café and explained the situation. She didn’t blink. No fuss, no questions, no “let me take your number just in case.” Just: “That’s no problem at all. I’ll see you tomorrow.” Her generosity melted my embarrassment on the spot. I walked out of Delish with that lovely warm feeling that happens when someone meets you with grace instead of suspicion. That’s the spirit I want to carry into the rest of the season❣️

03/11/2025: Write to your Councilor about the ABHORRENT destruction of the parklet in front of this fine establishment! Help save CREW brewing! A curated rotating selection of craft beers brewed on location. Comfy and not terribly busy. Pints are ~50c-70c pricier than brand name beers in other pubs, but the taste is worth it.

31/10/2025: Great bar. Would love to see it stay open into 2026. As the outdoor area is being contested by limerick city council. A roof terrace would be a great way to keep the outdoor space alive.

19/01/2026: Fantastic. Food is brilliant, staff were great and a lovely restaurant. I made a mess of the booking but they quickly accommodated us and we were well looked after. Will definitely be back.

10/01/2026: Gave 5 star review last year. Returned very recently and overall it was good but not great. Fish either slightly overdone or not as fresh as it should be, portions small, steak was fine apparently but not great. Crepe dessert while tasty was cold. Staff we interacted with were very professional and charming.

14/09/2025: Nice little cozy place, the coffee was delicious.. the barista offered me which type of arabica I wanted, I really liked that. Many cafes don't give you that option. They don't ask what type you want. I recommend this place. Very clean, nice staff.

02/01/2026: Exceptional food and service! This hake was superb! And the staff were excellent! Hats off to Ilia our waiter he was amazing. So attentive, chatty and even took a lovely photo of us . Highly recommend this restaurant!

31/12/2025: Delicious food and kind staff. So quick serving us too even though it was so busy inside at the time I visited. Fresh food, loved the ripe avocado. Great toast, delicious and gooey on the inside poached eggs and rasher cooked to perfection. Loved the salad on the side.10/10 5* 100% recommend for your next breakfast/ lunch

03/01/2026: Extremely disappointing breakfast for which they charge enough (€12 -14). Mushrooms from a tin or frozen. Anemic toast. When vegetarian breakfast first arrived it was Luke warm. I was also expecting some kind of fried potatoes but what arrived was a slim waffle type thing obviously from the freezer again. Literally like a crisp. Weak tea. Again cheap produce. Won't be dining there again. My daughter offered an omelette which came like a pudding. She wasn't impressed with her serving either. I would not recommend on the quality of the food alone.

23/12/2025: A great experience, one of the oldest pubs in Limerick, bartenders are experienced and the place is an absolute classic to visit. Next to the river has a great view of an old bridge.

30/11/2025: Please please please clean your ladies toilets. I love almost everything about this pub but to say the toilets are disgusting is an understatement.

30/11/2025: Really stuck for something nice to eat always went here if we where in the city not anymore soup and toasted sandwich 25 euro ok a bit pricey toastie was burned on one side and not melted on the other and the soup was salted out really poor food
