The best restaurants in Limerick

25/05/2026: Great food, service, and atmosphere. I had the Amazing Chicken pitta sandwich and it loved up to its name. Price was decent as well. Staff were friendly and prompt.

25/04/2026: Great food and at a reasonable price. Best potato’s I’ve had in years along with the Indian chicken sandwich. Highly recommend.

26/04/2026: I went to this place with a couple of friends because it looks lovely. We ordered our food, the woman was not very friendly but we didn’t pay attention to it, went to our table and waited for the food and drinks. My friends ordered 3 lattes, with oat milk or cows milk and the woman at the till said it was ok. We were really confused when a waitress arrived at our table with 2 coffees and 1 latte. She checked and the woman at the till didn’t write the order correctly so the ticket said 2 coffees and 1 latte. We didn’t want to make it a problem, the waitress was really sorry and lovely so we said it was grand. She brought the food to everyone except myself, I knew it was being prepared I was not worried. Then, the woman who took our orders at the till came to our table, asked me what I ordered and when i answered she looked at me in the eye very seriously and asked me “are you sure you paid for this?” saying she didn’t remember me ordering it. I answered that I had paid for it and that there was no need to be that rude and straightforward for no reason but she had already left. The lovely waitress brought my food 2 minutes after this saying she was sorry. The food was terrible, the soup was cold and too salty i couldn’t eat it. The benedict eggs were bland, the scrambled eggs and the irish breakfast were just ok, and the vegetarian toastie was full of onions, we could barely taste the other ingredients. I wouldn’t recommend this place neither for the food nor the atmosphere, there are lots of lovely and good places in Limerick to have lunch, BowesRyan is not one of them.

22/01/2026: I visit this coffee shop regularly and it’s always a such a lovely experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is always excellent. Highly recommend!

27/04/2026: As soon as we walked in we got a table and the server assisted us with a smile! The staff is SO sweet and they have great taste in music. We got a Guinness & the butter chicken and it was delicious. I definitely will be back here again!

13/06/2026: staff are so friendly and helpful . My dog was allowed with me and they even gave her a bowl of water . The outside area is heated and covered so lovely for all weathers . The food is amazing . Would highly recommend . Will absolutely be returning .

23/05/2026: Randomly came here. We tried spicy fried noodles and salmon sushi. Food was fresh and yum. Service was excellent. 10 out of 10!!

21/05/2026: Our Sandringham Life Activities Club group had a wonderful lunch at Clover on May 20. The food was excellent and reasonable priced. The service was friendly and attentive.

30/05/2026: We had a very pleasant stay. Great food, great rooms, great ice cream ;) It’s particularly nice with kids, there is a playground to the back and a safe garden space to the front.

30/05/2026: The name "Milk Market" is misleading because we expected a market focused on dairy products and derivatives, but it's actually a regular market with products you can find anywhere else. It doesn't offer anything particularly special. Prices are a bit inflated, especially for tourists. On the plus side, I'd highlight the friendliness of the vendors and the fact that the restrooms are free. Otherwise, I don't think it's worth a visit.

31/05/2026: Such a fantastic experience here, from my initial enquiry until leaving we met the most helpful, professional and friendly staff. Beautiful room right in the centre of the city with the Q Park (discounted) across the road - highly recommend.

02/01/2026: A good 👍 pub. The management and staff are down to earth friendly people. A good selection of craft 🍻 beers. The last time I was in there they had a count down digital ⏰ clock to the ⛳ Golf Ryder Cup in limerick Adare.

28/12/2025: Great bar, fabulous staff, brilliant selection of craft beers and whiskeys. Lovely atmosphere and vibe. Will be back!
