We went to Marco Polo to celebrate my twin daughters' birthday. The restaurant is very well located. It has a very original decor, especially the indoor tables. The food was excellent. There were five of us, and everyone enjoyed their meal. There's a robot assistant waiter, which is quite a spectacle. Had a lovely casual dining experience in Marco Polo recently, waiting staff were very welcoming and friendly, food was good with a lively ambience. The one area I was disappointed with was that despite booking online, it appeared on our arrival the booking wasnt recorded on Maitre d's listing, we were told to sit whilst they check! After 5 mins we were ushered to a table without any explanation. This didn't take away from our overall experience, but might be something management need to look at. We will be back

I have visited on a number of different occasions. Generally the food is good but I find it can be up and down in quality and consistency.
