Acapulco in Dublin

This is a grand spot for a spot of food but everything prepared from the food to the drinks tasted like it came straight out from packaging, from frozen, or from a pre-mixed cocktail. Nothing was objectively bad but to have paid almost €80 for two taco plates, sharing some nachos, and two margaritas felt like a bit of a rip off given the quality. Excellent place for authentic Mexican food, the staff is super friendly and fast, and the flavor of the food reminded me of my native Mexico. The manager, Luis, gave us the best service. 1000% recommended.

My husband and I stopped here because we were curious if there would be any differences between a (Tex) Mexican restaurant in Ireland and the States. Answer: not really, and that's not a bad thing. We got a chimichanga to share, and it tasted like anything you'd get in the States. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived a 1 pm. We weren't upset because we like quieter places, and it probably caters more to the local night life than wandering tourists. The music was maybe a little loud for 1 pm, but we could still talk easily. The servers were attentive and rhe food showed up fast. My hisband was happy to see Jarritos were available.

Delicious food, fast service, lovely staff. Definitely worth the stop for lunch or dinner.

The chimichanga and fajitas were great, but the enchiladas were overpowered by the sauce. Atmosphere and service was great and the location is good as well

Staff are really helpful and attentive. Food is excellent and great portions. If you like tequila or mezcal this is the place to get your tastings.

I ordered vegetable chilli chimichanga and a side of patatas bravas. My wife had the tostadas. The food was great, and reasonably priced, but we had to leave about a third of both our meals as the portions are huge! Not complaining, but I wouldn't have ordered a side had I known. Other tables weren't able to finish all theirs either.
