Acapulco in Dublin

If you're looking for good mexican food in Dublin, this wouldn't be my go to recommendation. Can be quite difficult to get a table here, and we were quite disappointed with the food, finding what we had relatively bland.

Amazing friendly staff and nice ambience You feel like you are transported away from Dublin for the evening. However…the food left me unsatisfied and did not match the general theme of the place. The menu was hit or miss with amazing burritos then bland and dry fish tacos. Fajitas were great hut greasy and the guacamole did not taste fresh at all. The tortillas had been obviously microwaved to the point that they were tortilla jerky. The beans were dry and tasted like they weren’t cooked long enough, and the rice relied too much on paprika and chili powder as the dominant flavor. The habanero hot sauce was spectacular. I would come again if I was invited out and someone else was paying.

Overall a really great food experience. Really tasty and decent size portions too. Price was very good and the food was really tasty. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for Mexican food
