31/08/2024: A very nice and pleasant atmosphere! The food is very good and at a moderate price, if you want to treat yourself to pasta it's totally worth it 🙌🏻 I've been looking for a place like this for a while and it really surprised me! For my part, I had a delicious lasagna and a pretty filling tiramisu for dessert. I recommend it 100%

17/08/2024: We decided to satisfy our pizza craving while in Killarney, and Piccolo topped the list—and for good reason. This charming, intimate spot has only a few tables and a long bar-style seating area. As we dined, we noticed a steady stream of locals picking up their pizzas to go—a clear testament to Piccolo’s popularity. From the first bite of their salad, we knew we were in for something special. It’s rare to find a place that pairs exceptional pizza with an equally memorable salad, but Piccolo delivered. And the pizza? Absolutely phenomenal. The crust was a masterpiece—light, crisp, and bursting with flavor. Piccolo surpassed all our expectations, and we couldn’t recommend it more. If you’re in Killarney, do yourself a favor and make a stop here. 100% worth it!

07/09/2024: Every one of Emiliano's staff who served our visits was considerate and prompt, professional yet pleasant, and well trained in their position. The almost always sold-out room was a bit loud on a Friday night, but at other times very relaxed and filled with smiling faces. Do get a reservation at least a couple of days in advance. You'll get to choose from appropriately priced dishes promptly prepared, served with your choice of well curated yet reasonably priced Italian wines. From the properly cooked veal t-bone to the meaty and cheesy nonnie-style lasagna, we felt like we were back in Italy. Proprietor Emiliano seemed to be everywhere, smiling and greeting customers and coaching his staff. The best restaurant in Waterford county, to say the least. Enjoy.

01/09/2024: Very good restaurant and very gourmet you can eat there without hesitation. Prices are reasonable. I think you have to book in the evening because it is very popular.

12/09/2024: Very warm welcome, impeccable service. We were served by Carolina and Victoria. The chef, also very nice, speaks a little French. We had Carbonara pasta, Crostone con polpo and fried calamari. Very good. The whole team is very friendly.

30/08/2024: We went for an early dinner before the Coldplay concert in Croke Park and although we were early for our booking they got us a table very quickly. Despite being (understandably) really busy the food and especially the service was fantastic - I was hugely impressed and couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough.

17/08/2024: Such a lovely little Italian restaurant. I've been here twice now, once in April last year and this afternoon (August 2024). The pizza is amazing and the staff are so lovely! The service is super quick, and waiters are very attentive. We ordered the pizza diavola and mare, and garlic bread. Very generous portions and every dish was delicious! Definitely give it a try if you're in galway city centre.
