08/09/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The pizza dough and olives seem to be from Dunnes, or at least from the same supplier. Clearly, the staff needs to take their breaks when they need to, but suddenly seeing your waitress eating at the table in front of you when you've been waiting for your dish for half an hour doesn't leave a good impression. Or seeing a customer ask for a piece of cutlery, drop it on the floor, and still get it for her. The staff lacks experience, because the same thing is probably happening to them as with the ingredients, which lack more budget.

Salmon was good. Salad to much dressing.. not a single piece of the advertised vegetables?? At 70 per person or really was not that great.. 4th time there..

04/08/2025: Very busy pizza kitchen at the Franciscan Well Brewery. Lively and busy atmosphere when visited midweek in summer. Very good pizza with great flavoursone toppings, but you have to get into a queue to order.

04/08/2025: Ordered two pizzas on Deliveroo. N'duja is fine, though every second slice has the n'duja which was a bit scabby. The Bianco pizza has potato on it that is massively undercooked. We've had to pick the potato off as a result which was wasteful. Other issue is that the bases here aren't crispy at all. It's very gloopy and doughy. Think they're banging these out without properly cooking. Major shame as the quality of the toppings (bar the raw potato) are really good.

26/07/2025: Food was delicious, pasta perfectly cooked, good quality wine. All for a decent price. My only suggestion would be offering the burrata salad in two options, starter or as a platter. The portion was very, very generous (not a complain 😁), the size was ideal for sharing.

Contrary to what I read in a previous review, we had no issues with card payments, and for the owner's hospitality and attentiveness, a 10% tip would be the minimum! They truly deserve it. We'll definitely be back!

Also, the toilets were not closed, the waitress said it was only for who was consuming food, even though we bought loads of pints there. Also, it was lashing outside so we were standing under the tent on the footpath and the waitress told us to leave, even though there were no customers consuming food there and we were having our pints. My friend was trying to talk to the waitress to say we were consuming and where were we supposed to go and the waitress said “go home then”. So Mr. Restaurant owner, kindly check the facts before replying to a review. You were not there and my friends and I felt extremely humiliated that day as that never happened to us before in any other place. Please be more human and allow people that are buying many pints in your establishment to also use the toilets and be under the tent in the footpath if it’s lashing out. We’re not animals
