17/08/2025: The pizzas were good. The staff was polite.The atmosphere was nice. You should make a reservation for the weekend.

14/08/2025: Very good Italian style pizzas and cuisine. Got a good collection of wines as well.

21/08/2025: Whilst visiting the area and trying to accommodate all members of our family dietary requirements I give the Galley a little phone call to enquire about gluten free options The lady on the phone was very knowledgable So we got showered up and in we went We were delighted with the service from a lovely group of girls out holding the front of the restaurant 12” hot and spicy gluten free pizza was ordered and it didn’t disappoint she was delighted with it l. The garlic mayo is delicious also But she could of had gf burgers with wedges, warm chicken salad lots to choose from Also we ordered a few more pizzas pepperoni and the barbecue chicken and bacon pizza were so tasty (picture attached ) Cajun chicken burgers & chips yummy After an active day on the beach we were well ready to eat and the food was unreal Clean plates all around Thank you to all the staff in the Galley for accommodating gluten free choices and for a lovely meal

18/08/2025: Had a wonderful experience here with the family, just 2 mins from the beach, very friendly and helpful staff, food was delicious. Very busy spot but quick service, definitely would recommend a visit if you are in Downings. Thanks again.

21/08/2025: ITALIAN WITH CAPITALS "Wish you visited" Atmosphere. Warm. With just the right amount of decoration, nothing to show off that it's Italian, just what you hang on the wall. Next to the river. Food. Homemade. Delicious. When a chef puts love into what they make, your mouth feels it. Flavorful food. Vegan options. Service. Excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Price. €25-30

20/08/2025: The food is good, fresh, the menu is sufficient, but there's no reason for me to come back. The service is nice, the atmosphere is pleasant.

05/08/2025: Was disappointed this time that our food was over cooked. The worst part though was that the wine menu was not clear that the price of the wine we were ordering (€39) was for a carafe. Our waiter confirmed that we’d like a bottle. When the bill came, we realised that the price of the bottle was €62!! We were horrified and our waiter remarked “oh yes a lot of people make that mistake”! But yet he did not make clear that we were understanding that at the time of ordering. Very unhappy with that, it spoiled the experience completely.

20/08/2025: The food was really nice but unfortunately the service, not so much. When we were finally seated we waited that long to give an order we were just about to leave. I have read a few reviews saying the food was bad, we were lucky enough it was good but a long wait and being ignored by staff just ruins the experience

24/08/2025: We've had a very lovely evening with a group of 4 here. We were seated at a cozy table downstairs and had outstanding service from the beginning to the end. The food was delicious and really good value for the price. Thank you Robin for the lovely time and providing us with all special requests while continously having a good time and laugh with us.

17/08/2025: We booked seats for 4 people 6 days ago and when we arrived last night the table wasn't ready, so not even reserved. We came back after 15 minutes only to be brought downstairs . 10 tables there and nobody there. We were the only 4 people there the whole time we were there... not impressed one bit.. Can't fault the food or the waiters that served us.

26/07/2025: Auténtico Restaurante Italiano y típico de muchos restaurantes en Cork IT es escaso en el espacio. Tuve el calamar como entrada (un especial). El único aspecto decepcionante de la comida. IT estaba muy cocido - duro y gomoso. Aunque me encanta la salsa cacciatora e IT cubre todo tipo de pecados. Sin embargo, este restaurante tiene clasificación Michelin y si IT alguna vez aspira a ser una gran proteína de cocción excesiva es un NO. Mi principal era mucho mejor. Filete de cerdo y cocido a la perfección. De postre tomé el Tiramisu y IT fue el mejor que he probado. En general muy bueno con un servicio atento. Decepcionante sobre el calamar. Si cocinas demasiado tíralo IT y empieza de nuevo.

21/07/2025: Un verdadero restaurante italiano en Cork. Comida increíble, ingredientes de alta calidad, ambiente agradable, personal amable. Debo parar cuando estés en Cork.

18/07/2025: scoperto per caso questo posto molto accogliente in un edificio nel centro di dublino. si può accedere dal pub o dall’ingresso del market. i ragazzi pizzaioli italiani conosciuti nel primo pomeriggio ci hanno riservato una simpatica accoglienza quando siamo arrivati più tardi a provare la loro pizza come promesso. pizza in stile napoletano con ottimi ingredienti e prezzo nella media di dublino (che è cara). se proprio non volete rinunciare ad una pizza allora questo posto penso sia il primo della lista a dublino. servizio informale e veloce. si possono gustare altri piatti italiani, ottime birre e cocktail. sicuramente raccomandabile. grazie della pizza!!!!

10/08/2025: We went here as a family of 5 staying in Westport for a couple of nights. They did kids sized portions of any of the dishes on the menu and have a smaller size of pizza. The food was all just amazing, we had three courses and enjoyed every one! Staff were all so friendly and service great. It was so nice we booked to come the second night of our stay too!

21/08/2025: Good Italian. Prices are relatively high. The restaurant is very small, which is why the noise level is quite high.

21/08/2025: The pizzas were fresh, with good, airy dough. The toppings were excellent, but rather sparse. The staff was attentive and friendly. The location is great, right in the middle of the lively neighborhood. The prices are a bit on the high side, but the food quality is decent.

29/07/2025: The chef Vanessa was the best Everything she made was absolutely delicious seriously, every bite was amazing. You can tell she puts a lot of love and skill into her cooking. The flavors were on point, the presentation was beautiful, and the whole experience just felt next level. If you ever get the chance to try her food… do it. You won’t regret it!

18/08/2025: Lovely night out in Rossinis great atmosphere good food and drinks cocktails looked amazing and outside seating very nice if wanted. Service warm and friendly will go again!
