02/06/2026: Excellent spot for food. Stopped for a small breckie this morning. Had a beautifully done poached egg on toast with a pot of tea. Reasonably priced. Normally I stop for a lunch or dinner and the food is always well presented, well cooked and an very adequate choice from a reasonably priced menu.

21/04/2026: Just stopped by for a bit of lunch and a glass of wine on a road trip with 4 of us. The owner is lovely and food was good. Cosy bar with lovely lights.

04/05/2026: We had such a gorgeous meal here yesterday. I had the wild mushroom and sausage pizza and it was the nicest pizza I’ve ever had. The base and the toppings were perfect. We also ordered the arancini as a starter, the ragu for our child and a Hawaiian pizza. The restaurant had a nice ambiance and the staff were very friendly.

13/06/2026: Easily the best Italian restaurant in the Terenure/D6 area. Very bright and spacious, varied menu and friendly helpful staff. The food was superb - we were a party of 7 so had a wide variety of dishes. The pizza was excellent, as was the Pollo al Funghi and Lamb Shank. The calamari starter was also perfect. The dessert menu is worth it especially the Tiramisu and gelato selection.

04/06/2026: I tried the best Bolognese pasta at this restaurant and highly recommend it. If you’re looking for a nice place to enjoy a date with your partner, the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The prices are nice considering the quality of the food.

24/03/2026: Honestly, I might’ve walked in with a high expectation on the food. I’ve had the chicken Milanese which was alight, the breading was a bit soggy, didn’t have any taste of lemon which in my opinion is essential in that dish and i don’t why they added some sweet yellow paste in there, which in my opinion just ruins the point of the chicken Milanese because frankly why would a salty and lemon ish dish would have something so sweet in it?.my gf had some sea food pasta she really enjoyed it. But apart from that Milanese great place. Love the aesthetic of the building👍

19/03/2026: We went without a reservation over St. Patrick's Day weekend and were greeted with good cheer despite the crowds. The value for money is more than fair. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Special mention to the unusual toilet door… I won't say any more ;)

16/03/2026: Was here for mother's day. Harry at the door presented me with a yellow tulip. Such a lovely touch. The food was unbelievable. The service was outstanding by a lovely young lady with long black hair I didn't catch her name, she was so patient with my 3 kids which made our experience very smooth. She was quick to order our food quick in getting it out and on the ball with their desserts. There was no messing around with her. Will definitely be back with the family....

12/05/2026: Great! Tired from exploring the nearby tourist attractions and hikes, we stopped in for a burger, pizza and Guinness. The food was great and the Guinness too! The place was busy, plenty of regulars stopping by, and for dinner, all tables were booked up but they placed us by the bar, which was no issue and appreciated. Small bit of feedback: I actually drove by the place because I thought the Harrison's sign read: Thompson's. The font is quite nice and unique but it is thin and difficult to read. Or at least it was for me. Overall, great experience, I recommend it!

06/05/2026: One of the best options, in my opinion, in Cork city where you can celebrate an occasion in a fancy and delicious way. I’m a picky eater, but starters and pasta here were absolutely amazing, ended up eating them quite fast hehe.

16/04/2026: We visited with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was very underwhelming—especially for the price point. The food was not bad, but it was completely average and lacked any real character. The Penne Filetto was okay, but nothing memorable—something you would expect at a much lower price. The calamari fritti portion was small and overpriced for what it was. The burrata was fresh and probably the highlight, but it was extremely simple and did not justify the €12.70 price tag. Desserts were again just average, nothing special. The wine (Montepulciano d’Abruzzo) felt like a basic, low-cost bottle being sold at a premium price without adding any real value. Service unfortunately matched the food: polite, but indifferent and lacking warmth or attention. Overall, the atmosphere felt uninspired and the whole experience quite disappointing. For €93 for two people, we expected something significantly better. The value for money is simply not there. We won’t be returning

17/06/2026: I visited Italian Connection on a Monday evening with two of my siblings. The restaurant was busy and had a nice atmosphere. We were shown to our table. The customer service was excellent. All three of our dishes were served nicely presented and smelt delicious. All the food was well cooked and served hot. We had a really enjoyable meal at Italian Connection.

16/06/2026: During our vacation in Dyblino, we ate at this restaurant several times and always had a great time. The food was excellent, both the homemade pasta, their meat, and the truly delicious pizza. I highly recommend it. Thanks to chef Salvatore and Ismaele for their recommendations.

13/06/2026: Loraxanna I hope that's her name and actually all the waiters were amazing. Great check back . Lovely atmosphere. Cheese starter a little heavy and the arrancini were a little dry Otherwise great.
