05/04/2025: The pizza was delicious and looked beautiful on the plate. FANTASTIC service, a lady from the Czech Republic, a young girl from Poland and Slovakia, we are very pleased with the service and its speed. We highly recommend it!

10/05/2025: Just had some coffee and chips, which were good, but the best was how Ian helped us get in touch with the owner of the airbnb we were going to stay in Clonakilty, when I couldn't get into the app. We were on vacation from Canada He went above and beyond to get us on a call with the owner and get the access code. saved our life! :)

14/05/2025: The Pinocchio Restaurant had excellent service and very friendly staff. The food, in my opinion, was good but not outstanding—average. The ambiance didn't appeal to me. I'd say it was a good restaurant, but nothing more. We had an antipasto platter for starters and I had spaghetti Bolognese for the main course; both were okay. My girlfriend had a pizza 🍕 and thought it was delicious 😋, but I didn't try it.

25/04/2025: Había escrito una crítica brillante de este restaurante dos días, ya que los 7 de nosotros habíamos disfrutado mucho de nuestra comida y la dueña parecía encantadora cuando le preguntó si todo estaba bien y le dijimos que todo estaba delicioso. Hoy sin embargo fue diferente - pedimos 3 lasañas - dos salieron como se esperaba, crujiente capa superior de queso, salsa blanca, boloñesa, pasta. Al mío, por otro lado, le faltaba la capa superior. La capa superior era solo boloñesa - ninguna capa superior crujiente en absoluto. Era como si la capa superior se hubiera quemado en el horno, así que se la quitaron y la sirvieron. Le expliqué amablemente a la camarera que a la mía le faltaba una de las partes más bonitas de lasaña. Llevó el plato a la cocina y el dueño volvió con él. Ella me puso delante y me contradijo diciendo que la mía era exactamente la misma que las otras dos que todos podíamos ver claramente que no era. Ella procedió a tomar mi tenedor y tirar de él a través del plato mostrándome la pasta que iba a través del plato. Le expliqué de nuevo que a la mía claramente le faltaba la capa superior de queso, etc., que para mí es una de las partes más agradables, pero ella en voz alta me contradijo de nuevo y volvió a la cocina diciendo que si quieres que se caliente más házmelo saber... Me comí la lasaña ya que todos los demás tenían su comida y tenía hambre, pero en retrospectiva debería haberla devuelto y no pagado por ella. Parece que la dueña es encantadora y amable una vez que todo está bien con los platos, pero si te quejas ella no le gusta, te contradecirá y no tratará de rectificar el problema. Qué pena. No regresaremos debido a la forma en que se manejó el problema. Admite cuando el cliente tiene razón cuando puedes verlo claramente por ti mismo y obviamente saber que eres el chef y entonces es posible que no tengas una mala crítica en el futuro. Qué pena.

01/05/2025: Used to be my fav coffee place in Galway. However about a month ago, a member of staff threatened to smack me because I didn't "say anything" after she said thank you. I was alone with my daughter so I was keeping an eye on her and didn't notice the staff saying anything. Her colleague apologised for her, but I don't think threatening your customers is good service.

12/05/2025: I will give them 5 stars even they can improve some things. Food was excellent, home-made omlette, home-made beef burger, both really perfect. Sweets are not home-made but excellent as well and I highly recommend apply pie. I appreciate they were honest to say that sweets are not home-made. Lady who was serving food was super friendly, nice and kind. Even it was only us and we were not in any rush, we were wanting for drinks and food too long. This place could be better cleaned (table cloth and all around) but food was so good, and music was so nice, that we forgot other things.

19/05/2025: We were here for lunch, and even with a large stroller, it was no problem. We ordered buffalo mozzarella and tortellini with mushrooms. The food was an absolute explosion of flavor. The service was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was incredibly cozy. Full marks, with conviction!

28/04/2025: The service was good and the atmosphere is very intimate. We tried a great deal of the menu and I would recommend the burrata and the truffle ravioli. I even took a picture of the red wine “passo del cardinale” as it was one of the best I had in a while. The rest of the menu wasn’t for me, including the pistachio gnocchi, and I love everything with pistachios in it. It’s far from my favourite Italian in Dublin but it was decent. They accept walk ins :)

09/05/2025: Absolutely loved the pizza here! You can really taste the difference — fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and that authentic flavor you just can’t fake. Easily one of the best pizza spots I’ve been in Dublin.
