16/03/2026: food was lovely, on a busy Saturday wait wasn't long at all and staff was nothing but kind and friendly especially the manager Antonio

15/03/2026: Table of 12. First big problem was when we had to take our phone lights out to read the menu , the lighting was so low, other tables doing it also. Took 45mins for starters to come, 1 jug water for 12. Starters finished, it took another 25mins for mains to come out leaving people who didn't get starters very hangry. When mains came, the sides were brought out before some mains. Took about 15mins from the 1st main presented to the last main. 3 out of 4 said pizza had no taste , disappointing as they have a proper pizza wood fired oven. 3/4 of us didn't bother with dessert as it was over 2 hours in at that stage and could not have patience to wait any longer. Overly priced bland food with cave like lighting and too much waiting. Won't be back .

13/05/2026: Absolutely amazing place to spend time with your friends and family. Food is excellent, staff friendly and very attentive. Drinks are excellent! Highly recommend this restaurant. Book in advance , as you will get your table with no issues.

09/05/2026: We recently visited this place and had a fantastic experience. The tomato soup was absolutely incredible — honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The flavor was perfectly balanced and truly 10/10. I ordered the chicken and mushroom pasta with pesto sauce, and it was amazing. It was so delicious, and the portion was huge. I couldn’t finish it, so I happily took the rest home. My husband had the pasta with meatballs, and he said it was excellent as well. A special mention to our waitress, a lovely girl with dark hair. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, smiling, and attentive throughout our visit. Her service made our experience even better. Overall, everything was perfect: delicious food, generous portions, and outstanding service. We will definitely be back!

10/06/2026: Service was horrible. Appetizers arrived 30 minutes after our Prosecco. We had to ask to have our table cleared of appetizer plates. Main course was served 1 hour 15 minutes after arriving, despite an email from the restaurant reminding us that we had to vacate our table after 2 hours. The food was average at best nd under seasoned. An overall disappointing birthday dinner.

16/05/2026: Very lovely service especially from Orinta , Keola and Ahmad. The food was very lovely and overall great experience. Would definitely recommend.

08/05/2026: We ate one Tuesday evening. Place had a few people in it, no problem getting a table. We got a platter to share and a pizza. They have water and soft drinks. For alcohol or non alcoholic beer it is byob. Service was excellent. Waiter was very nice and friendly.

06/05/2026: We had a great experience here.. Staff super friendly. Atmosphere was super, tables not too close and could still chat even though it was busy . But the food, my god, I love italian and this was class. As a passer by in Carrick On Shannon do yourself a favour and try this place.. I said to my wife that thats how its done ✔️ Absolutely great experience and keep up the great work..

08/05/2026: The food and service were brilliant, we were really impressed with the quality of both. The atmosphere is a little bit like a nice modern diner, and the seating is just a bit closer together than what is comfortable, especially in the section for tables of 2. It's not bad at all, it just doesn't match up with the food and the table service. I don't remember our waiter's name sadly, but he was excellent and his recommendations were perfect for us. The chicken wings for starter were delicious. Pizza for main was amazing, and the tagliatelle bolognese was beautiful. Jacket potato fries are worth a go as a side, extremely good chips 🤌🏻. I've read some reviews about the pizza being soggy, wet or saturated etc. If you want dry, identical slices that stay completely rigid as you eat them, go to Dominos or Four Star/Apache...this is authentic pizza that uses real ingredients. Yes it is more moist than a franchise pizza, but it is fresh, many times more tasty and doesn't wake you at 3am feeling like someone has rubbed sand in your eyes. The food is fresh, vibrant and authentic. And that puts Pomodorino at the top of the list in Swords.

10/06/2026: Such a lovely meal at Bocelli. The olives were incredibly tasty, and the steak was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. Everything was full of flavour and clearly made with care. We left happy and looking forward to coming back.

21/05/2026: Good service and good food. We ordered lasagna and pasta carbonara. We were lucky with the waiter as he spoke Spanish, which always makes it easier to know what you're ordering.

20/05/2026: Wow .. the staff are so friendly and the food very very good. The open canzone (pizza) was fresh and the crust airy light. The taste was so good. Highly recommend 👌.
