03/02/2026: Takeaway and Dine in options. Looks like a takeaway from outside but actually an authentic Italian restaurant. The decor is very Italian. Some warm colour bulbs could soften atmosphere in the evening. Food was very good and enjoyable. Staff friendly and attentive.

02/02/2026: Got two pizzas as take out and wish we would have eaten in the restaurant! The pizzas were truly fantastic but the service was the shining star. The owner is incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. Made me wish we would have sat down and eaten our spectacular pizzas in the restaurant and continued the conversation the owner struck up for the few short minutes I was in to pick up our order. Highly recommend!

30/01/2026: Saw a youtuber reviewing here a few weeks ago and thought was very very harsh tbh. Food, service, atmosphere and pricing I thought were all good. We were dining in restaurant, delivery from anywhere is always not going to be as good as dining in again imo. I'd recommend and go again.

13/03/2026: Delicious! The fried Brie is a must, although not it only comes with two pieces. The steaks were tender and the pasta was phenomenal! Not a bad bite was taken the entire meal. Staff were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable about the menu. If you're near the area then you'll want to stop by

10/03/2026: I'm outraged by the appalling treatment we received at FIFTY-50 Ashbourne on March 9th, 2026. A waitress mis-sold us a meal deal, and when it came to paying, she vanished. The manager, Mick, took over, bullying us to "just pay and leave". His aggressive behavior was shocking – he even chased us out like dogs! As a loyal customer of over 3 years, this was a nightmare experience. I expect better from a reputable brand. Mick's behavior was unacceptable, and I demand action. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I want: - CCTV footage reviewed - Investigation into the incident - Action taken against Mick for his behavior This was a terrible night, and I hope changes are made to prevent it happening again.

23/02/2026: For Roberto's Takeaway & Diner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a great experience here. The food was fresh and tasty, especially the takeaway items. Service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was nice and comfortable. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others in the area.

22/02/2026: They seemed to be short staffed the day we were there, but all staff were friendly. The lasagne was full of flavour, we only had a main course. The restaurant was relatively busy on a Saturday afternoon. I've been here before and will definitely go again

15/02/2026: Our visit was disappointing. The carbonara was overly salty and lacked flavor. My girlfriend’s pasta was also bland. The service wasn’t outright rude, but there was no warmth or politeness. I asked two different waiters for still water and never received it by the end of our meal. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations.

28/01/2026: Went again > DELICIOUS < got pepperoni pizza pepperoni’s were very flavourful and juicy the crust goes good with leftover cheese and THE CALAMARI best calamari sauce ever and the parpadelle rustico love the cream and sausages and chicken wings are nice and spicy 10/10 so far and garlic bread is sooo delicious and the gelato i love it 5⭐️ everything

02/03/2026: The knowledgeable proprietor listened carefully to what sort of wines we enjoyed and recommended a magnificent Bordeaux blend which paired beautifully with our food choices. And what food! Scallops, olives, pate en croute, and two perfectly prepared pasta dishes. Impeccable service in a comfortable setting, just down the street from the Smock Alley Theatre. What more could we ask for? We can't wait to return!

25/02/2026: We all had a pasta or rice dish. We all thought it was mediocre quality. It tasted of pre-cooked and re-heated (and not so well re-heated...). Maybe it was just a bad night, but I'm afraid we won't go back there.

28/02/2026: Great pizzas and a really nice overall vibe. There are good vegetarian options, which is a big plus. I liked almost all the pizzas, but my favourites were the Quattro Formaggi (Four Cheese) and the Marinara, simple and done really well. The place has a warm, cosy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed evening. Beers are excellent, I usually go for the Chieftain IPA, and it never disappoints. Would definitely recommend for pizza + craft beer lovers

The Italian ravioli all’ Liguria and spaghetti aglio pesto were rich, flavourful, and beautifully prepared, and the Margherita pizza was genuinely delicious. The calm atmosphere and stunning sea view made the meal even better. The service was friendly and welcoming, especially thanks to Andrea, who was an exceptional host.

15/02/2026: Lovely restaurant with friendly and prompt service that made us feel very welcome. The meatballs with marinara sauce were rich and flavourful, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. The beautiful sea view and calm, quiet atmosphere created the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. Highly recommended.
