Had the vegan bolognese and vegan pistachio pesto, both were fantastic, pesto was the standout. Vegan garlic bread also delicious. Nice cosy vibe and quick service. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely loved our visit to The Pasta Factory in Galway 🇮🇹🍝✨ What a cozy little gem — warm indoor ambience, charming décor, and such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. One of the best parts is the unique concept: being able to build your own pasta dish by choosing from their freshly made in-house pastas and pairing them with a variety of delicious sauces. It makes the experience feel both personal and authentic. The pasta was fresh, rich, and full of flavor — true Italian comfort food done right. The ciabatta garlic bread was especially delicious… warm, cheesy, and the perfect starter 🥖🧄❤️ The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Also a great option for families, with plenty on the menu that kids will happily enjoy. While portions may look a touch smaller at first, they’re surprisingly filling and satisfying 👌 Another plus is the convenient location — close to city parking and surrounded by lively streets, pubs, and other spots, making it a perfect place to enjoy a nice short walk around Galway after your meal. A cozy, authentic, and memorable dining experience — we’d happily return again. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Galway 🌟🍽️🇮🇪

Amazing real Italian pasta with five (!) vegan options. This is not like the pasta you prepare yourself at home. Really something special. Incredible!

We were only there for the food. The selection of pasta (especially vegan) was fantastic! I especially liked that you could choose your own type of pasta. The garlic bread was delicious, and so was the pasta.

What a great restaurant very reasonably priced. Great service. Fresh pasta. Many sauce options. Regular and Vegan. Must try if you’re in Galway.

I’ll definitely come again here the next time I’m in Galway! This is a very cozy restaurant, the pasta is great and fresh, good portions. The stuff is great and very welcoming.

Food was really good. They make their own fresh pasta, truffle souce was just amazing, and there was generous amount of parmigano on it as well. Staff was so friendly and welcoming, ambience was excellent. Would definitely go back and try their other souces as well. It is definitely worthy of every single penny to dine there.
