A charming Italian restaurant situated in the alley behind the HQ Pub (Darby) in Ballincollig. Very attentive & friendly staff serving a wide variety of excellent vfm food & drink. Diners will not be disappointed coming to this venue, deffo looking forward to my next visit...

Fab food and lovely staff. We'll worth a visit

I visited Bacco Ristorante with a member of my family recently for dinner. We were glad to come out of a wet night and into the warm eating area of the restaurant. A member of staff immediately provided us with a table and and left us to choose our meals from the menu. There was plenty to choose from, more than your typical Italian restaurant. For starters we had the Minestrone (Italian-style soup) and Salmone Affumicato (smoked salmon). Both were amazing and the Minestrone was served with bread. For main course we had the Pollo Cacciatora (chicken breast and vegetables) and Calzone Alla Bacco pizza. The chicken dish was cooked well and served with plenty of roast vegetables. The calzone was delicious and the base smelled and tasted like proper fresh-baked bread. For desert we ordered the Tiramisu. I enjoyed it because I love chocolate flavoured deserts but it was lacking the coffee flavour that Tiramisu is known for. It was a relaxing atmosphere but I would hope more diners visit this place because the quietness on the day we visited made the place seem lonely. I would highly recommend Bacci Ristorante to anyone looking for a good Italian restaurant in Ballincollig or Cork city.

Top class service with amazing food. Two servers in a full restaurant. Very attentive and friendly atmosphere. Never had to wait for anything. Very reasonably priced really good food with generous portion sizes. Fast reliable service.Highly highly recommend.

Pizza is fantastic. The staff are very attentive. The steak is brilliant, get it on a Thursday (when the delivery arrives)

Die Pasta und Lasagne etwas ungewürzt und ungesalzen, Portionsgröße aber sehr gut. Leider war es im Restaurant sehr kalt, sodass man fast noch mit einer Jacke sitzen muss.
