We had the most special experience at Rossini Restaurant in Cork. We were on holiday celebrating our 30th birthdays and Chris, the server, was wonderful. He made us feel so welcome, explained the menu, provided recommendations and even sang happy birthday. All food was delicious, cocktails were excellent and such a lovely restaurant. We will definitely be returning and will recommend to anyone to visit Rossini on their visit to Cork. Thank you Chris for the wonderful service.

An absolutely fabulous afternoon on our visit to Cork. Chris went above and beyond to make our meal special. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! The cocktails were tasty. The service was excellent.

Fantastic food, portion size is enormous!! The outstanding service from Chris added such an extra great vibe to the night. We wanted dessert so badly but couldn’t fit anything in. We were a group of 9 and they were so helpful in sorting the bill and making sure we were well looked after . Only slight improvement would be to have stronger air con as it was absolutely stifling in there but this is not usual in Irish weather!!

Rossini’s is truly one my favourite Italian restaurants in Cork and the service is always exceptional. Chris was our server maybe for the 3rd time and he never fails to impress us. He is always super accommodating and super friendly. So grateful! Thank you as always.

Can only recommend! The atmosphere was really nice - my waiter Chris was an absolute gem! Super friendly, very helpful and had a few jokes in petto! Food was great! Would definitely come back! Thanks Chris :D

05/07/2026: The food was okay, but not authentic. The risotto was a bit over-seasoned and salty. The pasta had way too much cream. Italian was spoken in the restaurant. It's a shame that this didn't make the food more authentic. The wait time was reasonable. The service was polite.
27/06/2026: Popped in here yesterday for quick bite with our toddler. The staff were so warm and welcoming, the food and atmosphere was lovely. My son loved his bolognese but he especially loved all the staff, he went off for a tour of the restaurant with the lovely owner! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
