Nonna absolutely set the tone with a warm greeting at the door! This was followed by an evening of impeccable service, delicious authentic food, and an atmosphere that harkens to the days when dining was a curated and bespoke experience. On top of all this, the gluten sensitivity has no parallel. I have no idea how they make such phenomenal gluten free crust, but this restaurant is a celiac’s comfort dream. Menu unclear: In the menu there is garlic pizza bread (with description: pizza dough base) and a separate focaccia selection. We got the focaccia and it was the exact same: mini pizza (literally pizza dough) with cheese and garlic. I expected proper Italian focaccia (Genovese style maybe), was disappointed 🥹

The best food in Galway and the best staff. They really make a fuss if you book for an occasion. Food is always fresh and quick. The penne pollo and broccoli is my favourite dish
