Dunne and Crescenzi in Dublin

Been there a few times and always enjoy it. However last time the service was extremely slow and they were not busy. Left a bit annoyed but will likely return anyway.

Restaurant easy to book online. Atmosphere and cuisine are ok. On the other hand, they have starters at main course prices. My antipasto contained 20 grams of salmon, 20 grams of avocado, 3 toasts placed on 3 sheets of croquettes - €16.50. My friend ate a chicken escalope for €27. This is very surprising for the French

we’re staying around the area and so glad we bumped into this amazing place. Extensive wine selection, and had the BEST gluten free pasta. Will definitely come back again! Grazie Millie!

Some people were not treated well, very odd behaviour of some staff.

Nice seafood pasta, the flavour was mild not too strong which I prefer! All the ingredients in pasta and salad are so fresh :) And it is a reasonable price! Resturant vibe was great too.

The best the best the best. These people know how to make Italian food! I can understand why they have been a Dublin institution for 20 years. The risotto with the crispy bacon was out of this world. Honestly life changing. Service was absolutely smashing. The staff are amazing, super friendly, and accommodating. Loved the overall experience. Couldn't help myself after my dinner reservation I had to go back for breakfast and it was a wise choice. Eggs, freshly squeezed juices, newspapers, and the flakiest, most decadent pastries. I love Dunne & Crescenzi and can't wait to get back to Dublin and back into South Fredrick Street.

Visited with two friends. We visit frequently and divide the bill and add a tip. A new policy means that the restaurant no longer allow this. That means that we will not return
