12/10/2024: Superb meal and the service was very good. Staff were very attentive and friendly but the food was the star of the night. Gorgeous selection and beautifully presented. A real treat on our tour!

12/11/2024: We had a really spectacular meal on our last night in Kenmare. I can't recommend it enough. The food and presentation was top notch, and the service was friendliest and best we had during two weeks in Ireland. Can't wait to return!

07/11/2024: Had an absolutely amazing meal here - it was well worth it! Beef Wellington, brisket, and the apple tarte tatin made for one of our favorite meals in all of Ireland! Service was excellent too!

02/11/2024: Five fairly large adults, would have been more comfortable if three adults did not have their backs to v busy waiters going up and down , food lovely but table space for the three adults not relaxing. Felt we could not relax decided not to have extra wine or dessert.

27/10/2024: We had a lovely meal at no.35. We were sat downstairs which was a nice intimate vibe, staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, we had the prawn and spinach filo pastry and the haddock smokies for starters and the lamb Ragu and the wagyu burger for mains. We would highly recommend.

27/10/2024: The staff managed to find a table for us as a walk in and we are so glad they did. Service was fantastic, food was one of the best meals we’ve had for a long time - well worth the price. Would definitely eat here again!

13/11/2024: Didn't have food, called in for two pints on a Saturday afternoon. Very friendly staff, great Guinness and a super pub. A pub you want to look at every picture and the back story! I will be back. Want to try the restaurant

23/11/2024: We visited Asahi following a busy day in Dublin. The food was absolutely amazing, we have eaten a lot of Asian food over the years but this was outstanding. Great food and great service and priced well. We had ribs to start and then my wife had sweet and sour chicken and I had Singapore noodles. AMAZING

07/11/2024: I am so impressed with the restaurant. First of all, absolutely every dish is amazing. I've been here a couple of times, and it's always the best, rich flavour, super fresh ingredients, stunning presentation. The service is very good and the atmosphere is friendly and casual, which is a great combination with fine food. Definitely worth the money. Will return and recommend. P.S. The warm Guinness bread is amazing.

16/11/2024: Absolutely delicious. I got the Tom Yam Gai soup and it was so flavorful and filling. Easily the best thing I ate while in Galway.

15/11/2024: We were honestly surprised to find good Asian food in Galway! I ordered the vegan dumpling noodle soup which was exactly what I needed, something hearty and filling. I asked for chili oil and it was a delicious homemade chili sauce. My husband got char kway teow and this was where we were honestly surprised it tasted just like what we had in a hawker centre in Singapore! Apparently the chef is Malaysian so that explains a lot. If you want authentic south East Asian food definitely come here!

23/11/2024: Had the most amazing meal here last night. Very unassuming restaurant but there’s nothing nothing unassuming about the food. One of the best fish meals I’ve had in a long time. Couldn’t recommend Lá Cote enough.

07/11/2024: Have been here on multiple occasions. My wife really likes it so it’s our go-to for any celebration occasions or to have a night away from our baby. As much as this is a really nice food spot, we have both said the same thing the last 2 times we dined there. The menu is always the same thing, nothing really changes and it’s getting a bit boring! Would really like to see a different cut of meat on the menu like a porterhouse to share or lamb chop like you get in the chop houses in New York! That in my opinion would sell really well. Other than that the ambiance is really nice and the staff are really sound! Sometimes the high tables are a bit cramped but that depends on how much food / wine you order :). Hoping to see some new flare / variety soon on the menu.

02/11/2024: Lovely place with a wonderful friendly man serving us just coffee and cake late in the day but never felt rushed as we chatted to the man about his cake selection.
