Really nice experience for kids and adults

Booked a tour for a group of 6 adults and 6 children. All enjoyed, including the children. The interactive portions kept the children entertained while the adults could learn about the distilling process and distillery history. The tastings included cocktails for the adults and soda options for kids. During the final tasting trio the children had a section set up for them with water and even were given a small biscuit. Each area had short videos. Overall this was a great experience for the adults that we felt good about dragging our kids along with so we didn't miss out on this Dublin must do!

After two weeks traveling in the UK last month, my son and I spent the remainder of our trip in Dublin. One of the things we looked forward to was checking out the Jameson Distillery. This tour/experience turned out to be one of THE highlights of our trip. Here's why: When we arrived, everything about the facility screamed history, tradition, the ambiance was incredible. While waiting for our tour to begin, we were fortunate to enjoy our first Jameson creation at the Daily Grog entry point - it was delish. And then we met Gavin. Gavin knows more about whiskey, not just Jameson, than anyone I've ever encountered - and not just famous or big-name brands. As he initiated the tour and got to know our group, he was quick to describe a small distillery's (that a couple in the group named from Nashville, Tennessee) uniqueness to a 't', including details that assured us he knew what he was talking about. Gavin also demonstrated his passion for Jameson - its rich history, its tradition, and with humor woven into his spiel. Which, by the way, he made it feel as though we were the only group he'd ever given or would give a tour to, despite knowing he provides them every day, several times a day! Hands down, if you opt to take the tour at the Distillery, do whatever you can to request Gavin as your tour guide; you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for something to do in Dublin and are choosing between options and you enjoy/appreciate whiskey, Jameson's ought to be at the top of your list!! Slainte!

Wonderful tour. My only regret was not upgrading. Beautiful history of Jameson Distillery. Bobby was very passionate and knowledgeable.
