I’m a regular customer and while the food is generally at an acceptable level, I’ve been quite disappointed with the customer service. What made me write this review was my recent experience on the phone. I called to place an order for collection, but as soon as I asked, the person on the phone didn’t even let me finish and responded “bro, we don’t do collection on the phone, you have to order online,” and then quickly hung up. I found this quite disappointing. A bit more politeness in how customers are spoken to would make a big difference. I hope management look into it.

11/06/2026: Had lunch here and overall it was worth the money. The food was tasty, fresh, and there was a good selection available. However, most of the buffet dishes were chicken-based. It would be great to see more variety, especially with lamb and fish options. One area that could be improved is the dining experience. Guests are expected to clear their own plates by emptying leftovers into the bin before returning the dishes, which felt a bit inconvenient. That said, the food quality and value for money were good, and I enjoyed the meal. With a few improvements, this place could be even better.
