Abrakebabra in Dublin

I’m a regular customer and while the food is generally at an acceptable level, I’ve been quite disappointed with the customer service. What made me write this review was my recent experience on the phone. I called to place an order for collection, but as soon as I asked, the person on the phone didn’t even let me finish and responded “bro, we don’t do collection on the phone, you have to order online,” and then quickly hung up. I found this quite disappointing. A bit more politeness in how customers are spoken to would make a big difference. I hope management look into it.

Food was ok not as good as other venues of the same name have been

Very fast service. Very big portions and extremely tasty food. Place is clean and staff is friendly.
