really nice however some of our towels did still have stains on them. staff were lovely, i couldn’t hear any street noise or noises from other rooms, and the location is great and well connected!

The hotel is pleasant...the bathroom is clean. Supermarkets ,restaurants, and bars are nearby. It just out of O'Connel Street in Dublin. Easy to shop around .

The basis let this hotel down for the price we paid there was no TV signal in the room even though provided with a TV and the WiFi was very intermittent or not working at all, the food and drinks were overpriced for the standards received. Poor but could have been so much better, a shame really

The hotel has a great location, providing easy access to the city's attractions. Multilingual staff are available in the lobby. They are very friendly and professional. The rooms appear very modern at first glance, but you just have to be careful not to look too closely. The carpet in room 109 has stains I don't want to think about! The shower in the bathroom isn't properly sealed, but room 109 does have a shower, which is a plus. Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn't very clean. The room was located in a way that allowed for a good night's sleep.
Best kept secret in Dublin. Everyone went above and beyond to make the guests in this hotel happy. The rooms were very clean and the food was great. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Dublin. Close to everything and the Hop on Hop off buses. Coffee bar downstairs and cappuccino machines at the wonderful free breakfast. Eat at Murray’s around the corner. Good pint of Guinness there too.

Excellent, centralized location, especially for tourist. A short walk (4minutes) to HopOn-HopOff city tour busses. Several good pubs/restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of offerings.

We had a wonderful stay at the Academy Plaza Hotel in Dublin. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Breakfast was absolutely amazing each morning—plenty of delicious options to choose from. A special thanks to Uros, who was incredibly kind and attentive during breakfast service. He made our mornings even better with his warm hospitality. All of the staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
