A very nice hotel, the room was very large. Everyone at the reception was very friendly. We left our bags at check-out and picked them up again in the evening. The gentleman at the reception even answered us in German, and we chatted with him briefly. Super nice!

Fantastic central location around the corner from the Gresham. Very clean rooms, comfortable lobby, lovely food and drinks. Amazing staff.

Very warm welcome, the lounges are beautiful. The rooms are well appointed, and little extras like a hairdryer and kettle are available (along with a few coffee pods, tea, sugar, and milk). The mechanical ventilation wasn't working in the bathroom, and the walk-in shower tended to soak the bathroom. Towels were provided, so this was anecdotal, and we opened the window slightly to air it out (out of habit). But everything went very well. A very pleasant stay.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They assist with any issue. The room is nicely and comfortably furnished. It has a homely feel, and a kettle and tea or coffee utensils are provided. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The bar also has good staff available for drinks.

Rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the location is perfect - 5 minutes away from the river and 10, from Temple bar

Check-in was possible an hour earlier. The location is right next to the Aircoach stop from the airport and very close to the city center. There is also a parking garage nearby (you can get a discount at the reception). Breakfasts are good, but completely the same for all 7 days (only the fruit changes). We only had a complication when requesting a VAT invoice. I dealt with it before arrival, on the day of arrival, and during my stay, and they always told me that it would take a maximum of 2 minutes upon departure. I was leaving at 5 a.m., rushing to catch the bus to the airport, and suddenly there was a problem (the manager who could print it was not at the reception but somewhere else in the hotel, and the temporary employee could not reach him), and I waited about 15 minutes for the invoice, and of course, I missed my bus.

This hotel provide a good customer service I want to commend Breech he assisted me and my family in our stay and he even let us left our belongings in their storage room because it’s not our check in time while we are strolling the Dublin. He do the same thing again after we check out. He is one of the best employee I met. The room is nice and clean . Over all I enjoyed my stay with my family

A really enjoyable experience. Great hotel, very good location and a very friendly atmosphere and staff. The staff from the reception is very helpful. You can enjoy a lot in the bar area, with a lot of cocktails options and the staff is always ready to help you. I have to highlight the service of João. He is very friendly, always with a smile on his face and professional and made our experience 10 times better!

I stayed at Akademi Plaza Hotel for about 5-6 days. All the staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Paris, Joao (at the restaurant), Alex, and Carlos for their kindness and assistance. I would also like to thank Mr. Ulaş for his support. When I first arrived, I was very ill, and the staff provided exceptional support with meals and in helping me feel better. I am especially grateful for that. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
