Grabbed some tacos off the absolute gent running the truck. Look, I love Mexican food so I try every spot I come across but this guy makes the best tacos in Dublin!

A real gem for anyone who fancies true mexican cuisine. The best ingredients makes the best mexican dishes. I ordered the trio chicken tacos and the chicken flutes, and it came with a side of nachos from corn tortillas. Tastes great, not pricey, served with a smile.

Great food every time we order and right on our step. Get out there and support the good in your neighbourhood folks. My missus is crying out for the shrimp she saw you guys making on your social media though.

Collected food from here now 4 or 5 times and each time it is unreal. We have had Mexican food in many places and over many years but this is one of the best we've ever tasted. A local gem!!!

Genuinely exciting to eat. Beautiful, authentic flavours. We got the pork tacos (pictured) and beef burrito. A massive loss to Malahide but we’ll be back to parkside!

If you’re Mexican or from any other country and you miss tacos 🌮 please try Adobo Mexico , you don’t regret!! Is like to take a flight without ticket. My boyfriend and I we tried tacos and nachos :3 we didn’t take a picture because we were really enjoying 🥹

For a random food truck outside someones house in a estate this was pretty good mexican food, tacos were tasty and the beef burrito was as well, chicken quesadillas was a lil bland but all an all, was tasty
