Adobo Mexico in Dublin

Genuinely some of the most delicious Mexican I’ve ever had. Got the chicken burrito with spicy salsa and it was top notch. Will definitely be back!

This place has been showing up on my Google Maps for months and I was always curious to try but didn't trust the location for being a food establishment and the opening hours. It is a food truck in a parking space in a housing estate, run by a Mexican chef and it's amazing. My partner had the chicken tacos and said it were the best tacos he ever had. I had the veggie burrito and it was delicious, especially I liked the salad and how the cheese melted. We recommend. There are no facilitated seating arrangements, but park benches in the vicinity

Wonderful people making incredible food. Excellent quality and portions at a reasonable price. Can't wait to go back.
