Al Boschetto in Dublin

Overall, Al Boschetto exceeded my expectations. The service was prompt and courteous, we received our order in less than 10 minutes. The carbonara were a bit too oily but otherwise perfectly cooked, tasty and in a generous portion. Calzone has been a pleasant surprise; the inside was tasty and fresh, the outside crispy and soft. I would have appreciated a bit more tomato sauce but other than that it was very good. The Pastorella pizza had a well balanced taste, the dough was fresh and relatively light. Burrata had a delicate taste that went well with mortadella. Affogato and tiramisu were fair, nothing outstanding.

Stopped for a bite before a match. Understandably busy, but the food was great! Bigger than it looks from the street, don't let that fool you, stop in.

It was busy when we arrived as a group for a reservation. Service was slow and my meal was forgotten which is always awkward. When the food did come it was tough and overly salty. I wouldn’t go back.

We stopped at random and we don't regret it at all... The pizzas are very very good Maybe a little expensive but the quality is there

A typical Italian restaurant in Dublin whete the servants are very welcoming. We were 10 persons, and they were willing to split the bill. Food was typical Italian and very good. The Tiramisu was not especially interesting. Good Italian wines.

We ate very well in this restaurant, we waited very little, the waiter was very charming. Very attentive to the smallest detail. I ate there three times during my stay and I was not disappointed. There is everything of quality The prices were very fair overall, I recommend.

Great spot for an evening meal if your in the Ballsbridge area. We were staying at a hotel on Lansdowne Road so it is only a 6 or 7 minute walk to this restaurant. The staff, food and atmosphere were really great. The prices were a lot better than those in the city centre. We loved our meal which was freshly cooked and very flavoursome. The wine was a reasonable price and very good. Would be happy to go back any time we are in Dublin.

Great service, lovely staff. Food was really tasty and good portion size. Price is average for Dublin. I like that they have indoor and outdoor tables.

The nice Italian around the corner. The food was good except for the burnt bacon in the carbonara. However, after being informed, this was regretted several times and in the end it was not charged. This is how you recognize good service.
