I've been meaning to have a Francesinha for a while now - I ordered one at Alfama and I can't say I was disappointed! Great presentation and flavours, only comment is that it was a tad too salty for my taste. The dish also comes with delicious fries. For dessert I tried out the Nutella and Dulce de leche version of the Pasteis de Nata. I've had Pasteis de Nata before, however these have got to be the best I've had so far. The restaurant is cosy and looks to be newly renovated.

I went to Alfama with my husband and everything was delightful! I had the BBQ chicken Ciabatta and it was amazing. The chicken was so tasty and the bread very soft inside and crispy outside. My husband had the Sopa de Pedra and it was such a confort food, homemade taste and very warming. I highly recommend. A highlight also for the staffs that were very friendly and kind. To finish our amazing visit to Alfama we had the best Pastel de Nata I've ever had.

It's the best restaurant in Dublin so far, unbelievable taste, I really recommend Alfama. Everything was perfect.

A really good Portuguese experience. Once a year i go to portugal for the food and with alfama i found a place in dublin which brings me back to the good Portuguese cuisine. Highly recommend alfama. The paste the natas are really good as well. + Friendly staff good food

Today I had the privilege of going to lunch at the Alfama restaurant in Ireland. I can already say that it was a very positive experience. The food was exceptional and the service was excellent. I recommend a visit.

A very nice restaurant, which MUST be visited by those who loves Portuguese food and music. Wines offered are top line for a fair price. I simply loved it!
