Having lived in Brussels and France previously I’ve been lucky enough to experience many a wonderful bakery. Now having settled back home in Ireland I can safely say an Bácús Beag is my favourite bakery of all. Such wonderful quality sweet and savoury breads and pastries. The topped focaccia is my absolute favourite of their many delicious options 🙌
