An Bácús Beag (The Little Bakery) in Donabate

25/09/2026: I really like Triangle Coffee and get my coffee here most days, but the waiting time has become a real issue. It’s usually average 15–20 minutes, and weekends around 11am can be especially difficult or peak times. If you go very early 7-8ish, then you’ll get served quickly. I think there needs to be a better way to manage the busy periods, both for customers and to avoid putting too much pressure on the staff. The space is also quite limited, so perhaps there’s potential to expand or make better use of the area at the back. Great coffee and clearly very popular, but the service capacity needs some attention.
