22/03/2025: I had the chance to dine at Bloom Brasserie with my partner after it was recommended to us, and what a surprise—it was absolutely PERFECT in every way!
We were warmly welcomed, and although our table was near the kitchen, it was fascinating to watch the chefs at work and see the seamless coordination of the staff.
As for the food, it was simply FABULOUS! I ordered my ribeye steak blue, and the cooking was spot on—the meat was incredibly flavorful! The same goes for the duck breast my partner had—it was cooked to perfection. To top it all off, the dessert was stunning!
Sure, the dishes aren’t cheap, but they are absolutely worth it. One thing is certain—I will be dining here again on my next trip to Dublin!

17/03/2025: To celebrate my first 60 years, the choice of this place was perfect.
Suggestive environment, we enjoyed every course.
A tasting of delicious cheeses, an incredible aperitif (the Blath-tini), my husband had a nice black angus steak, I had excellent prawns in lemon garlic and herb sauce.
The polite and precise staff gave me a dessert while I enjoyed a Baileys coffee.
