Angela's fish and chips next door serve the best fish and it is so fresh - the chips are great too.

Had a great weekend here, staying just above the pub. Rooms were perfectly adequate, well maintained and clean, if a little on the small side. However we were well looked after by the bar staff / owners and the food in the attached café is really good and not too pricy. Guinness in the pub is top notch and the views / beaches in the area are simply outstanding. Staying above the bar can be noisy, but that kind of comes with the territory, it didn't annoy us as we were usually in the bar - but earplugs may be advised if you're adverse to pub noise as punters leave etc. Really, really enjoyed the stay.

Welcoming pub, happy staff, great pints of Coors and Guinness. Clean and cosy accommodation we stayed 2 nights. No breakfast included, just a chipper attached next door for fish and chips etc. In afternoon. Brilliant welcome for people with dogs. Clean bar, clean bathrooms. Pool table and dart board and tvs showing all major sports. We were there for the All Ireland final weekend. 3 min walk to the beach and to a beach side coffee dock. 20min drive to a petrol station. 10min walk to local Mace. ATM machine outside premises. Friendly husky dog outside the pub.
