No Booking Available & Cash Only If it's the first time, hard to know what to do...but just go to the cashier and order&pay(cash). Not sure what happens if you couldn’t get a seat afterwords. I would recommend going here by yourself or 2, but nothing bigger. (I would say possible but hard) Pho was great and the server was efficient and helpful! Will be back for some other menu as well

Got the spicy hue noodle soup with chicken, and it did not disappoint on the spice. It was so delicious and came with lots of meat. The small portion was enough for lunch, but it also comes in large, and there are lots of sides options, too. Very quick service.

Always packed - and for good reason! Have been coming here for almost a decade; price increase compared to back then but they never scrimp on portion or taste! Love the pho and Bahn mi 🧡

Highly recommended. We are regular customer for years, same exceptional delicious food we get. They serve soups with different delicious flavours which helps my cravings for hot meal. They have this authentic crunchy spring roll which goes well with soup. Juices/ bubble tea..delicious. Everything on their Menu, I would say won’t let you down. The staff especially Ting was very helpful and accommodating. The place is always busy & packed.. and i could see staff are really trying to cater everyone in a professional manner. Unfortunately, the restaurant is only in Capel street.

Restaurante de tinte con algunos asientos adicionales en el pavimento. Muy buena comida vietnamita. El servicio es bueno dado el número de personas que pasan por allí para la comida. Solo efectivo, pero hay un cajero cerca. Los banh mi son excelentes.

Baan Thai

14/12/2024: I went here to celebrate my birthday and everything was perfect, the food was delicious and service- all the people working there were smiling throughout and very very humble and friendly. Food was made to our requirements -vegan and vegetarian options and definitely visiting here again as I need to try their crunchy carrot salad and once again eat those druken noodles 🫶🍽️😛
22/11/2024: Baan Thai is a lovely little restaurant with very attentive staff and great authentic, tasty food. They accommodated me on very short notice and were good hosts!

Saba

14/12/2024: First time here. Very good food. Lovely staff and good service. A nice night there with a group of people
01/12/2024: Very mixed. We booked and on arrival brought to our table which appeared to be given away, so were stood in middle of restaurant waiting for new table for a couple mins, no problem. We were then brought to a booth near the door, we asked could we move up to another empty booth and told ok, but 5 mins later told by a female host that we had to move to a different booth or we could only stay 1 hour as it was specifically booked, so we moved. Starters were good, tiger prawn bomb in particular. Mains were mixed - lamb shank was very good. Crispy duck was inedible though, very chewy and overcooked which was a shame as the rest of dish was quite flavoursome. A male host (who was very good and attentive) noticed and took the meal off the bill. Overall a bit disappointed. It's a few years since I visited Saba, I would have been a frequent visitor to the old Claredon street restaurant. Not sure ill be in a rush back. A huge focus was on turning tables very quickly, being sat by the door I lost count the amount of times the female host announced to people on arrival without a booking "1 hour only though, 1 hour". I guess its start of xmas period but its a bit off putting . Maybe an off day as the reviews are quite good and I never had a complaint before.
