A surprise! The service, the quality of the food, and the excellent value for money. It's a simple, unpretentious place but the food is very good. We'll definitely be back!

What a fantastic find here on Richmond Street. We had a lovely meal and everything was presented beautifully. The sushi was incredibly fresh and full of flavour, especially the rolls topped with bright orange roe. We also enjoyed the hot dishes, which were served on such elegant plates. It is rare to find a spot that balances quality food with such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere so perfectly. We will definitely be back.

My favourite place to get sushi. I brought my friends over this time and they loved it. Many choices for sushi, other eats and my favourite Japanese plum wine. They cater to gluten free and the table has gluten free soy sauce. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute little place for a get together.

03/08/2026: Been here several times and have always enjoyed a pleasurable experience. Bento box is enjoyable and Ramen was good. I love the addition of the Japanese movies being played on the screens throughout the restaurant. Indoor decor is stylised but not fully immersive. Staff on door can be blunt but waitresses are very accommodating. Good selection of food and drink And mix of large pew seating and cozy nooks in corners. Definitely worth checking out.
