Delicious pizza and friendly staff

I had a great experience with Apache Pizza, mainly because of one amazing employee named Talha. I had placed an order for a double deal with dips and a single pizza that I never actually ordered, and somehow €55 was deducted from my account. I waited 19 days trying to get my money back, which was very frustrating. Talha went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely polite, kind, patient, and genuinely cared about fixing the issue. Because of delays, he even sent the money back to me through his own Revolut account, which I honestly did not expect at all. That shows true honesty, responsibility, and care for customers. Thanks to Talha, the issue was finally resolved, and I am very grateful to him. These 5 stars ⭐ are for him only. Excellent service provided by him. He is a huge credit to Apache Pizza and provides outstanding customer service. Employees like him make a real difference. Highly recommend because of his professionalism and kindness.

My recent experiences at Apache Pizza have been unacceptable due to the conduct of a particular female staff member. On Halloween night, a decoration fell on its own, yet she immediately and aggressively accused me of pulling it down without any evidence. Her tone was rude, confrontational, and entirely uncalled for. Unfortunately, the issue did not end there. When I returned tonight, her behaviour was just as unprofessional. Despite me saying “thank you” repeatedly, she refused to acknowledge me, ignored me completely, and spoke in an unfriendly, dismissive manner. This level of disrespect towards customers is shocking. Staff should be trained in basic manners and professionalism. I will not be returning as long as this individual continues to treat customers in such an ignorant and hostile way.

Talha could not have been more helpful, could not recommend Apache sundrive more, the food is good but the staff is better
