Great quality plants. Restaurant is very good with hot and cold options and delicious coffee and cakes. Indoor shopping is varied - garden furniture, household items and gifts. Lovely place to spend a few hours.

Very good garden centre, with lovely cafe, join the A list loyalty group, you get free plants etc, good for pond plants. They do garden furniture as well,staff are good, friendly atmosphere.

Great job with the new building. I just saw it for the first time since the build. Customer experience was excellent, well laid out and spacious.

The arboretum is an excellent garden shop, and lots of really eager and interested staff! They helped out with all our purchases and questions. The cafe is good too, but I found the setup badly laid out (for spoons, cups etc) but the food was good. The shop is the highlight here, great stock, great staff, good prices and range.

Standard garden centre, pastry was quite stale,cakes are nice, carvery quite limited

A climatic place where you can buy everything for the garden, eat and have a nice time. We bought a hedge there.
