Arisu in Dublin

The BBQ set for 2 was fantastic. Adequate amount and very flavorful. Recommended.

I have been a customer here since 2018 and have never had a bad experience until our most recent visit. There was a new front of house male manager who wore a white rabbit t-shirt. We had a booking for dinner for 7pm and by 8pm we had finished our food (we ordered the bbq set A). As we always do, we stacked our plates so staff could clean-up easily. We stayed for 5 more minutes to let the food settle and finish our drinks. In those 5 minutes this new manager came over my shoulder shoving a bill and card machine into my face while I was on a phone call (I had assumed my partner had asked for the bill so I confusedly paid without notice) While on the phone call he proceeds to take our drinks and waited for my partner to put down her unfinished cup and instantly took it away from her. We had only been sat for an hour and the usual allocated timeslot for a meal is 2 hours, but we were essentially rushed out after just an hour. Such disgraceful behaviour from this manager. We have been coming here regularly for 7 years and this was not a typical experience. We usually have an amazing visit with great service, friendly staff and management, and we always leave a tip. For anyone going I would highly recommend as it is our favourite food spot in Dublin. I just want management to be made aware of the situation as i know from our many previous experiences this is extremely out of character for any of the amazing staff working there.

Came in during rush hour and was really grateful to get a table for two. Food was delicious and arrived promptly. Three chillis wasn't that spicy and the miso could have been a bit more generous but it was very tasty. Staff was very nice and accommodating, like 5 people said thank you to us as we were leaving so that was really nice.

My first Jampong since November 2023! The taste is delicious and generous portion for me😅🤭. My husband had Beef Jigae soup, as you can see the second picture are empty bowls, he love the soup❤️. Definitely will comeback and try another menu! Thank you 🙏🏻

Average but staff are very nice

It was a bit on the pricier side, but being able to eat just like I do in Korea was such a nostalgic and welcoming experience! The food was fresh and tasted almost exactly like home. While it can’t be 100% perfect, it was definitely my best experience in Dublin!

The meat got burnt because the staff‑member was unfamiliar with controlling the heat

After days of Irish food, we were craving Asian food and stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. A truly pleasant discovery. Excellent food, friendly and attentive staff. If you're a couple, we recommend the Korean BBQ: meat cooked right at your table. Really good!

Friendly and helpful staff. The BBQ Set A was generous with the meat, although I was surprised that it didn’t come with rice. The initial serving of banchan was quite small, and additional portions came at an extra cost. At the Korean restaurants I’ve visited, banchan has generally been included, so this was a little disappointing. That said, the paid servings were much more generous, which was a plus. We also tried the Korean meal box, which was excellent value, and the kimchi pancake, although we felt it could have been served a little hotter. Overall, a good meal with plenty to enjoy, and the friendly service made for a pleasant experience.

It is okay food but most stuff on the menu have fish or fish sauce so it’s not very good for people with fish allergies but it’s a really pretty place the service is very nice
