It's quite nice but they don't accept cash which is annoying

Probably the best pastry in Ireland. Try to arrive before 11am to get the full range of items, but even at 2pm they still had lots of options. They have the classics (croissants, pain au chocolate, pain Suisse, etc.), as well as unique creations (like a honey sea salt croissant). The bagels are excellent - not too far from real NYC bagels! The matcha, chai latte, and hot chocolate were also exceptionally good. They sometimes have soft serve ice cream (with bits of croissant in it!).

The menu here is really great. Lots of options for bagels, lots of bakery items and specialty coffee too. Usually busy over the weekends. The bagels were average but they are hard to eat as they sometimes don’t cut the bagel and it’s not as moist. The baker items are really good, the cruffin specifically. Service is okay. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Skip the rest of the cafes and come here instead. I stayed right around the corner, and I wished I would have came here every single day instead of trying other cafes around Dublin. My croissant and coffee were so delicious! Not only was it the best tasting, but the least expensive breakfast I had all week. The staff are very friendly as well.

The Cycle Hub

01/08/2025: Great. Got a full service and new tyre in very quick time. Prices in shop for small accessories cheaper than Amazon in my experience.
29/07/2025: Decent spot, issues can get a bit lost in translation sometimes, went in for a new wheel and ended up with a new tire instead. and the prices can be a bit steep, but if you’re going in looking for parts or lights etc it’s a good spot and there’s a good range of things you can look through while you’re there

Griolladh

07/09/2025: If you ever want to test the limits of human patience, visit Gorillah. I ordered a simple toastie. That was 45 minutes ago. In that time, the 10 staff crammed into a closet-sized kitchen have: - Watched TikTok. - Made sandwiches for themselves. - Ate said sandwiches with the smug satisfaction of people who know they are actively ignoring your existence. - Gone out on errands for their entire extended families. And finally, after what felt like a full geological era, I received my meal. Plastic cheese on Brennan’s bread. Expensive, sad, and tasting like the universe was mocking me personally. I’ve had better meals out of vending machines. Honestly, Gorillah is less a café and more a performance art piece in inefficiency, incompetence, and general disdain for paying customers. I’ve been personally insulted, starved, and financially wounded all in one sitting. If you’re considering going, just ask yourself: do I enjoy being ignored, overcharged, and fed something that tastes like regret? If the answer is yes, congratulations, Gorillah is your Mecca. For everyone else: stay home, make a sandwich yourself, and save your soul.
07/09/2025: Took my three daughters here yesterday and we all loved it! The tastiest toasties in Dublin 5/5! Staff were very friendly and helpful also. I thought the price point was a little high before we ate but after I couldn't fault it.
