Go here often and usually very satisfied with food, service, etc although on my latest soirée I noticed the chef gave me a pork chop covered in a sauce but gave me an equal sized lump of pure fat (not fat attached to meat but a sizeable blob of pure fat covered in sauce as to disguise it. Like most people I consider that inedible and had to get a seperate plate to put it on as it looked awful. Tge day before I noticed an elderly lady trying to have words with same individual about her previous days experience and he was dismissive of her so she went to bar manager. It only takes one rotten apple to spoil the whole barrel.

I recommend this place for lunch. It's a great atmosphere for a quiet dinner, and it's delicious, of course, with the best dark liquid gold.
