Avoca in Rathcoole

Good selection of food and clothing and treats in the shop. But everything is seriously expensive. Enjoyed a lovely lunch here. Lovely seating area outside on the balcony with sun umbrellas. Busy here but that's a good sign 👌

I’ve just spent over five hours in the Egg Restaurant catching up with friends. Food was delicious-breakfast and then cakes for later but it was the service that was outstanding. Raluca was our server and she was fabulous. She was so patient (it took us forever to order as we were chatting for so long when we first arrived) and so friendly. She was an absolute pleasure so I wanted to make sure to compliment her publicly.

Not cheap but the food is excellent. The shop is even better!

Full Irish Breakfast is a bit pricy at €20 but it (and the pancakes) were delicious. Avoca shop is delightful to walk round and Avoca woollen blankets are beautiful!

Avoca, Rathcoole is a lovely place to pull into on route to Dublin. Food is good, very varied and staff very pleasant.
