Avoca Malahide in

20/05/2025: Nice selection of juices and smoothies. We had the penne pasta (one with chicken and another with prawns) and both were absolutely delicious. However, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility. I had been interested in the mushroom burger, which comes with avocado and chilli hummus. Since I don’t eat chilli, I asked if I could just have plain hummus instead, but was told it was already mixed. I then asked for just avocado and was told no. When I asked if there was anything else they could offer as an alternative, they again said no. It’s a shame, as a bit of flexibility would’ve made the experience more enjoyable, especially considering how great the food and drinks were otherwise. It’s a lovely spot overall, with plenty of parking and great outdoor seating, perfect for this time of year. Lunch service starts at 12:30; we arrived a bit early at 12 and had to wait, but it was worth it. If you’re there before lunch begins, you can order from the brunch menu instead.

19/05/2025: Strawberry!! nice place to go..entrance fee for strawberry picking - 7euro for adult,3 euro for kids..the strawberries are sweet..small farm with pony & sheeps..ice cream is awesome
