Cool airport, very clean, good selection of shops, friendly staff everywhere. Free Fast wifi is the biggest plus. Both Terminals are also very well organized with little slow downs. Always love coming here. Food options have been improving, Shipping is still pretty meager

Dublin Airport is by far the best airport in Dublin, with its escalators and public toilets, its definitely an airport It does smell a little funky, but that might just be the general public using it

Passport check is more welcoming here than I've seen anywhere in the world, the staff frequently smile. Terminal 2 is OK too.

Mixed experiences. Efficient airport, tight connections actually stand a chance here. Pre-clearance is quick and well organized. In some areas the airport is modern and friendly looking. But in other areas the airport is very bare bones if not totally outdated, toilets are dirty, and staff is demotivated; the exact opposite of the US service oriented treatment most travelers here came from or are going to. A good place to spot a few of the last remaining matrix printers.

They are very efficient in caring for people with reduced mobility.

Road and airport signage could be better.

The airport is small but well-served. Bus line 16 takes you to Dublin city center for €2. It takes a while, but it's worth it. If you're in a hurry, there's the Dublin Express, which costs €10 per person and takes you to the city center.

Very well organized: we arrived at 4:00 am and everything was already working perfectly.
