There two main terminals at Dublin Airport. Terminal 1 is mostly used for international flights and Terminal 2 for domestic or short distance flight but also operates some international flights. If you are arriving at Dublin Airport, Dublin Express Bus can take you to Dublin City from right outside the arrivals. It cost 8 Euros online for single journey and 11 Euros from bus station. It cost 10 Euros for return journey online and 16 Euros from bus stand, so book online if you want save some money. You can also take bus to few orther cities like Galway, Cork, Limerick and Belfast. You can also take bus from Dublin Bus station ( Called Busaris) to several other cities and towns including Belfast.

That this is the Ryan air main hub shows. The airport is very run down and has (hopefully) seen better times.
The stores are your regular airport stores but on the restaurant side you have the option between stale sandwiches or hot dogs. There is no real kitchen/restaurant here.
Walking from the terminal 1 entrance to the gates 101-121 takes a good 10 minutes, so be aware of that.

From checkin to gate, total time 7 minutes. One of my best airport experiences. Maybe I was lucky (11.30am Thursday departure) but the security staff were top shelf.
Good job Team Dublin Airport !

The airport itself is nice, especially terminal 2, and has lots of international destinations, and the US preclearance is useful because the immigration queues in the US are always very long, however the one thing holding it back is that there's no rail connections to the airport, and buses to it can be overpriced.

Dublin Airport isn’t huge, with two terminals, but it’s pretty chill and easy to navigate. It wasn’t crowded when I was there, so it felt relaxed compared to other airports. There are a few solid dining options if you’re hungry, but nothing too fancy. Overall, it’s a straightforward airport that gets you where you need to go without too much hassle.
