What a fantastic experience at BAH33°! I spent two days here (to celebrate their 6th anniversary), and the experience was next level on every front.
What immediately stands out is the customer engagement, the staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely service-minded, without ever being pushy. You feel welcome and seen from the moment you walk in.
The atmosphere is authentically Brazilian down to the smallest detail, and the quality of the meat is exceptionally high. The 12-hour ribs in particular are an absolute standout — you won’t find them anywhere else at this level outside Brazil.
A special mention goes to the manager and assistant manager: during the busy periods, I saw them personally clearing plates to support the service staff. That kind of leadership, where no one is above pitching in. It says everything about the culture of this restaurant.
Missing Brazil during your stay in Dublin? Head to BAH33°, and for a few hours you’ll feel completely transported back to Brazil.
BAH33° sets the gold standard for gaúcho-style dining, in my opinion. Highly recommended.
One tip for future guests: if you have a specific preference for how well-done you like your meat, just let the passadores know. I noticed they're very accommodating when you communicate this as they'll keep your preference in mind when they come around with each cut. It's a small thing, but it makes a real difference in getting the most out of your visit.

The meat itself is good, but I think there is definitely a strategy behind the way they serve the BBQ.
When you first arrive, even if you have the red card up, they seem to bring out a lot of meat in a short period of time. Before you know it, you are already feeling very full. Later on, even if you switch to the green card, the staff seem to pay much less attention to your table.
It’s actually a very clever strategy from the restaurant’s perspective. They can get customers feeling full quite quickly rather than having them sit there and slowly enjoy for a long time.
If you’re someone who prefers to take your time and eat slowly, I’d recommend being quite firm about declining the meat during that initial rush, otherwise you may find yourself getting full much faster than you expected.
